((With the way New Arrival has gone, the story has drifted far from my comfort level and much of the events tied to Samuel have been elaborated by someone other than me, without really getting my approval. As such, his story becomes twisted from my original vision and has made it hard for me to move forward. In the process, many times as I tried to stop it, the thread was continually pulled down a violent path that alienated some of the participants. As such, I've decided to try again.))

The morning breeze whisked its way against the curtains of the carriage. The sea was a distant memory as the buggy plodded towards the mountains. Nestled in a remote valley lay the jewel of Bon Bon.

After a moderate sized rock made a large bump for the carriage, the occupant was jostled awake. A window's curtain was pulled away as red eyes pierced from within and scanned the scenery.

Memories of who he was started to come back to him. It didn't help. He couldn't be that person anymore. Still, few enough people knew him as Samuel Dunn, and so it was a name he was still free to use. It was the other one that he dare not mutter to a single soul.

Returning from business, he came home to an empty manor and a concerned looking employer. No words, no goodbyes, just a key, a letter, and a carriage.

London wasn't home anymore, and he would at least take comfort with knowing he had at least somewhere to rest his head when he arrived at a new one.

Business had never allowed for visits to Bon Bon, was a distraction they all had to learn to avoid. Still, the town had its reputation. Wasn't the young sport's cup of tea exactly, but when you don't have options, it's hard to be choosy.

Morning wore on as the scenery changed and from nowhere, the town seemed to appear around the buggy.

"Driver, a spot of breakfast would be in order before proceeding to the estate. Stop at that castle and let's see if we can't find ourselves a bite." Samuel called to the old terrier at the reins.

"Very well, sir." The driver replied as he did as he was told and stopped the carriage. He then climbed down and opened the carriage door for his passenger.

Welcome to Bon Bon, Mr. Dunn Smauel said to himself as he stepped out of the carriage and placed a top hat atop his head.

Henk walked in bonbon to find a shop to repair some clothes of his. Just a week ago, the only shop who offered that kind of services had closed and no one was there to open a new shop.

Henk saw just a red with black stipes tiger stepping on the road. Henk wondered, this male was just handsome, mysterious and new!!

Maybe Henk could become a friend of him, show him around in bonbon.

man, im bored. Marx thought as he leaned his head agianst his left hand, uninterestingly glancing at a piar of cions he was fiddeling with in the other one.

"blackjack, you win agian sir". the girl working the table siad "would sir like me to set up another game"?

how long have i been here? can't have been more than a few months. i siad i would only stay untill my money ran dry, and if my luck continues i dont forsee that happening. but i think tha-. "sir"?

"hmm? sorry dear i spaced out, what was that?

"would you like me to deal agian?"

he mulled it over in his head. he had enough money to continue through the next week or so... two weeks if he did'nt take part in the womanly company that was avialable.... "no ma'am, i think im done for the evening," he siad as he slid a few coins across the table to her. "something for putting up with me for all this time"

with that he took his leave. perhaps i'll look her up her up later. he thought as he proceeded out the front entrance into the daylight. lets see what sort of trouble i can get into...

"Usually it is more customary to open with an introduction, dear boy." Samuel said with a laugh. "The name is Samuel Dunn, and I might add that permanent arrangements for my lodging had been set before my departure."

"Sir-" The driver began to interrupt.

"Oh heaven's, the breakfast. Yes, well, be a sport and find us a table. I'll be in shortly." Samuel said, slipping the old terrier some coins.

"Very well, sir" and with that, the dog was off into the castle.

"Now, good sir, would I be allowed the honor of your name?" Samuel asked to the cobra.

"My name is Henk Cobra, deserter, commando, enjoyer of life, servant and of Scorpia Fortune. And what are you, Samuel?" Henk looked to the tiger, just look like a fighter, just like all other males in bonbon, but what kind of fighter.

Henk himself was a samurai, commando, others where street fighters, or where masters in different fighting styles.

Then Henk noticed Marx. he looked a little down. "He Marx, come there is a new one here. Samuel Dunn this is Marx-Paragon, Marx-Paragon this is Samuel Dunn."

"Marx, is it, then?" Samuel said as he shook the raven's hand.

"I hate to extricate myself from conversation, but it has been awhile since my last meal and I could go nicely for a bite. Unless, of course, you gentlemen would care to join me?" Samuel offered.

She smiled when she read the already memorized letter again. Knowing her sisters would be waiting at home for her, she attempted to find them husbands while they took care of her daughter Mari. Pierre, her husband, was away on buisness.

They had heard that Italian men would make passionate husbands, and skilled ones as well, perfect for the virginal women seeking them. Assandra knew already that French husnbands could be the same, were better, in he opinion, but they paid no heed.
'Find us ruthless husbands, Andra, ruthless!' Cassidy had shreiked upon departure.
'But gentle, of course!' had yelled the ever-intelligent Stephanie.
'And hot. Don't forget that one. That is the most IMPORTANT thing we want ina husband!' had shouted (quite unladylike) Margeurite.
'Yes!' chorused the other girls.
Assandra remembered that with a smile. Looking around, she saw some men, and she put the 'off-limits' look about her, and walked purposefully towards them.
"Hello, sirs. Have you any idea as to what I am saying?" she said in French, to see if they would last.

Samuel heard the question asked of the group. He paused a moment to consider what harm could possibly come from a reply. "Oui, madame." Then Samuel felt a low grumble from his belly. "Well, I must excuse myself for breakfast now. Feel free to join if you wish." Samuel then left for the inside of the castle, seeking out his driver.

"Ah, good to see you, sir. I had taken the liberty of ordering your preferred steak and eggs while you were entertaining your company." The driver informed Samuel as he took a seat at the table.

"Very good, very good. We may have some more company soon, my stomach had urged me to part from the group rather abruptly."

Henk turned to the black panther's. She was talking in French to then what was not to understand by him.

Henk tried something "Hello nice lady, I'm sorry but I'm dishonored to not know your name. Could you give me your name and join me at a lunch, please?'' He tried to say, but in real he said "Hello sexy Lady, I'm sorry but I', dishonored to not kiss you now.Could you give your warmth and join me at a lunch?"

Assandra bowed her head and bit her lip to keep from laughing.
"I'm sorry sir, I am married. I cannot, it would dishonor my husband. I am...eh...Sorry."
She had difficulty with English and Italian, but she was the only one allowed to go on the trip, as she would be the only one not to lose her flower, and wouldnt dare to have an affair with someone. She loved her husband too much.
Hearing her tummy give an unladylike growl, she decided to follow the tiger.
"Bonjour, monsiour! Est-ce que je peux vous joindre pour le déjeuner?"
Hello, sir! May I join you for breakfast?

"Hmm, maybe I will take some steak with patao salade and some sauces than some apple pie and some cream from a black furred paw." Henk hissed and then Cassendre moved more to Samuel.

"But miss, what does some kind of lady in place of this where you want to forget you past and get some erotic action?" Henk hanged in his chair and his tail ticled the heel of the panthress.

Turning away from him, she looked at the tiger.

A canine smiles and he notes this all in a note book drawn from a pocket he nods, "My, my they do get quite heated around here. Bonbon is a place where the unusual happens on a regular basis."

He settles against a wall and his golden metal cane rests next to him. "The local color is both interesting and quite dramatic, I must say."

Looking up he smiles again, "Do continue I am just watching your little conflict. My card..."

Henk blushed, this is not what he aspacted, most males would back off when he said the looked sexy.

Henk bowed "Thank you Goldie, but where are my manners, I'm Henk Cobra deserter, ex commando, would take a seat? Then we can talk about that Romantic evening and your price."

Henk took a seat and offered it to Goldenrod. The golden retriever took it. Henk then took his seat again and let his tail stroke the leg of the dog.

Samuel sighed, "I believe you have misunderstood my comment, Henk. By color I was referring to your attitude. Rather impulsive and a tad reckless, not always so savory to the company at present. Still, we cannot help but be who we are and I was by no means trying to insult you. The last thing I want to do my first day in town is start a meaningless squabble over a simple misunderstanding. I'm used to keeping an agreeable reputation, I do not intend on ceasing such here.

Goldie lays the rod on the table and smiles, "Did you know that once managed to appear on the musical hall stage as a singer."

He grins, "They did not work out I was a male until the third performance. I was dressed as a female for that story."

If you do so well, lets say we don't take you sericous any more. Then bonbon is rice off all country men and woman of the world so I ask first before I react." Henk explained this to the red-black tiger.

Henk looked surprised to the golden retriever about his story of his sining act. "Hmm, what kind of act was it then? Are you a singer who will play in the delight palace?" Henk then thought then about that one time he had to wear a dress as punishment for letting his mistress clothes be eaten by a goat.

Henk blushed, his scales became a little red, then he walked inside and made the order for Goldie and him self. The bar tender, a lion, smiled and brought the snake to the kitchen. Then the lion came to the table and gave the drinks to Goldie.

"Sir, mister Cobra will join you shortly, when he is done in the kitchen." The lion smiled by the face of the dog. "Don't understand him wrong, but he is the only one in bonbon who eats pilaf and knows how to make it. So he can you my kitchen and my staff helps him to make it. And I must warn you about his 2 swords who always hit the target." Laughing the lion walked away.

After a 15 minutes Henk returned he smelled to spices, meat and rice. Henk looked to Samuel, Cassandre, Goldie, Marx "Euh could you please tell me why you all look at me like this?"
