*raises his hand* I'd be down for a massage. We were packing up all the heavy chains and binders for our transportation unit and had to move the equipment to a new unit. We're changing from long haul to distribution. My sides and upper arms were killing me, because all my strength is in my legs and hips. I mean, these binders weight like 20lbs a piece, and its not too bad. But its not til you've raised 80 of them up over your head to hang on a rack that you realize just how much you pulled your muscles to finish the task.
