I am opening a new Q&A/comment thread for Tearlach's game in Egypt.
The purpose of this thread is so everyone involved in the game can ask me questions, bring up problems, and/or comment about Project: Aten without crowding the game's thread.

How about a place where we can post our characters? Perhaps a thread just for that purpose? Just so it's easier to find if anyone should need it during the game. I can't personally remember all those characters on the list, and they are spread out over several pages in the other thread.

Once the game starts I'll be posting updated lists every other day (or so). I'll be doing this for many different reasons but two core ones are to help everyone remember the posting order and as an assistance to show who is who.
Once we all break into the teams I'm going to overhaul the lists to make it easier for each individual team as well. 
And also if you have any questions, just ask me here and I'll be more than happy to accommodate you.

Ahh okay, so it'll be this list you'll be posting, or will it include all the things people have posted about their character, like personality, background, appearance and such? I just find that I'm struggling to remember all those details people have posted about their characters.
Another question is about the format we post in. Do people prefer to read posts in any specific format? I was thinking of third person, past tense, possibly with my characters thoughts to herself in italics. Overall I just want to post in a way that's not too frustrating to read by others. (I'm new to roleplaying)

I'm still working out about the details that will be on the list. T he problem is that I don't want it to be too big.
About the posting format; that is the same way I post so it should be fine. Don't feel bad, I practically live in two time zones GMT +1 (where I am) and GMT -5 (where my home is) so I understand your predicament hence the 24 hour time limit.

I did, and I do.
This is customary, right? To post something about what your character wears, even though most have already given a description of what their character looks like? Constance is going to look like she does in my avatar pinup, though not as revealingly dressed. I plan to post that when it's time for my intro.

Indeed it gives the other players who may be un-familiar with your avatar to know what and who you are and of course what you are wearing and act accordingly.

I usually give more detail about what I'm wearing in the second post because I focus more on who I am in the first.

With roleplaying it is as much about the characters (Personalites) as it is the story and the game, and it looks as though you have a well thought out character in Shadow. |

I'm glad I'm last on the list, so I can take a look at how everyone else introduce their characters.
I just hope I can keep them all straight, so I don't end up getting confused with those who have recieved an avatar, but is playing another character.
Anyone looking to recall what my character's personality is or what her background is, can just click the link in my signature. That's kind of why I put it there.

Don't worry so much about it. We all make mistakes, that's why they invented the eraser (and spell check).
If you do accidentally make a mistake you can always go back and edit the post (just between us, the game just started today and I already had to fix one of my posts  )

Beibhinn is a character I developed for a story I was writing a few years ago. It was set on another world and beibhinn was one of the main protaganists. In it she was brought up as a shrine maiden at the main temple after being abandoned there by her mother, shortly after her birth.
In this game I am going to keep Beibhinn a lot more enigmatic, a mysterious character is more intriguing and interesting for the other players.

I can set up some thing similar for players to discribe their characters for the game and place a link in my signature like Shadow has done.
