I like the occupation you've chosen. I think he'll fit in quite well. As for your species, you should know that there aren't hybrids in Bon Bon, but your fursona could be a green fox if you want. He mostly looks like a fox anyway.

Welcome Fuse. Don't worry. Your history doesn't have to flow seamlessly to belong. Though, its appreciated any chance you can.

However, take me for example. Mystic and I come from an undisclosed kingdom, somewhere south and possibly to the east of Bon Bon's location. Meaning we could have come from Africa, Middle East, Or Asia. However, we're to keep it secret, as its part of our code to keep outsiders from knowing, and one's past can always be kept private in the town of Bon Bon.

As far as your occupation, there are a few members here in the same fields, so they'll be able to take you aboard and help you find your feet in your occupation.

I see they're already trying to suck you into the sex and scandals of this place. Razz

I'm sure you'll have fun. ^_^

That's actually a surprising coincidence. Even though Fuse's current skills are primarily in the electrical field (limitless untapped potential in that), he's always had an interest in aviation. As impossible as it seems to be, he sometimes dreams of soaring through the sky on "wings" of his own. Alas, it is but just a dream.

Really? I wasn't aware of that. Would that be due to a social class issue for hybrids, or is it just an unspoken rule of sorts? In any case, since Fuse's appearance (aside from the spots and stripes) is primarily fox, I don't see any problem in making him purely a fox for Bon Bon. :3

As far as Fuse's history goes, I still haven't been able to come up with anything. Embarassed

It's because in the world of Bon Bon, different species can't have children. So no hybrids here. Mythical creatures like dragons and unicorns aren't allowed as avatars either. I don't know about extinct creatures though.

But you can be whatever color you want to. Very Happy

I was looking at your describtion of your fursona in that link you gave, and I've been thinking of an occupation that might fit.

I had to use wikipedia to find a word for it, but it's apparantly called "busking":
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Busking

Basically it's someone performing in public, doing things like balloon modelling, sword swallowing, clowning, juggling, or presenting a flea circus. That's what I started thinking of when reading about your fursona's playful personality.

It's just an idea if you're thinking of what your fursona might do in Bon Bon.

That's an interesting idea. Unfortunately, Fuse's highly introverted nature (i.e. extreme stage-fright) would definitely hinder him there. Embarassed However, I was thinking earlier and remembered he does have some experience in landscaping. Maybe he could do that (if the market isn't already flooded, that is).

*thinks for a minute* An interesting idea, actually. I may have to dig up my "Cajun Heritage Dictionary" from time to time, as I'm a tad rusty; but I could give it a shot, ma chérie. Smile

Tch. Tadelesh is already the resident Gambit, just without the Cajun accent. Laughing Well, I based several aspects of him on Gambit, anyway; like Drof, he was my favourite X-Man. Two of my colleagues argue and say Wolverine was the coolest, but he was just an egotistical arse. dry

There are a couple of other prfessional gamblers/poker players among the royal members. It could be fun to see you all the same table table and see who would win.

That does bring up a question, though. How would one actually play a game like poker through text? Confused

And Johnny Six-Cards... at least I think he plays poker too.

Though you have to watch out for him... he deals from the bottom of the deck, and does that whole "Ace up his sleeve" thing.

Speaking of which, where is Johnny?

He's up and dis-dah-peared...

Confused Question

To start, there are text based Poker games available. Perhaps you'd all have to sign on to one and play it. Perhaps Ronald might even get one for the site eventually.

Next, Johnny plays, but he's just good at reading people. I don't know his actual skill at cards. My brother Labrn is "Mr. Born Lucky." Beware, cause he loves to call you "all in." When he sees the chance. Mostly when he's the chip leader, as he sees it as a worthwhile risk to take.

There was another who was a traveler/gambler, but I don't think he ever stuck around to get an avatar made. He was helping come up with ideas and rules for the PBB card game. Mazda or something like that.

As for the part of Rogue, are you asking in hopes I'll go around and suck all the powers out of each of you? Razz

I don't know what role I'd play.

An eccentric actually but you can call me "resident mobster" and is just maZda, the rest was/is an idea from a friend of mine, not the best of ideas too.

I'm a fan of Bishop and Colossus. I once got to play an RPG where we were all super heros and designed our characters. I was a combination of both, mostly Colossus.

I was Lexan man, and had a kind of Sylvester Stallone/Rocky attitude and tone. (I mostly did the parody version of him on Fairly Odd Parents)

Lexan is a type of thick clear plastic very similar to glass. Transforming his body to the material, not only would I become very transparent, but able to reflect and absorb light and energy based attacks, as well as be very resistant to damage, impact, and strong like colossus.
