I know it's not the most common of instruments, but Tadelesh is a dab-hand at playing the lyre, if that could be used at all.

Maybe I'll have to perform this sometime at Delight Castle. If I can get some of the gents to help in the band. Ashton, would you like to tickle the ivories?

I look forward to see it.

Johnny Six-excuses,

"Easy like Sunday morning?"... so does that mean you tend to sleep in, miss important meetings, not shave, and generally be a slob on Sunday? I always thought being a guy must be easy on sunday. As long as you can rool out of bed, you're done. Who cares what your hair looks like, what your breath smells like, or if you even want to bother to bathe. *smirks*

"Easy as Sunday Morning"... as if... Wink

HEY! I'll have you know it takes TWO full rolls to get out of my bed! And not to mention how high up it is. There's a full six inches between my feet and the floor when I sit at the edge!

There's such a thing as Sunday morning? I thought that was just a myth. I've only ever known Sunday afternoon, evening and night. Laughing

Yes, contrary to popular belief, the infamous Sunday Morning does, in fact, exist. This phenomenon occurs randomly for every person, though precise records of it's existance have never been discovered. The few scattered recordings of the so-called Sunday Morning have been widely regarded as nothing more than the lunatic ravings of madmen and have since been condemned and burned.

Believe it or whatever, there is a thing called Sunday morning here, but it's called going to church.

Yes, it is still a religion. Just one surrounded by misconceptions, rumor and just plain paranoid insanity.

So in other words it's just like all the other ones. Wink

Myself, I'm Christian, in the "Jesus says 'be groovy'" sense, not in the "YOU ALL GONNA BURN" sense.

Both are likely true, if any of them hold any truth.

I'm a Christian, too. In the British sense, not the typical overzealous American sense. Laughing

The Crusades just used Christianity as an excuse to legitimise a war. People always use excuses for war..

I have to agree, religion, race, colour, creed. All excuses to justify our hatred, our ideals, our wants and our actions.

That's partially why I just read the bible and keep my relationship with my god just that - between me and my god. As someone once said "The worst thing you can do to a good idea is add people".

It's also why I have a bit of a problem with churches in general; it tends to make spirituality and religion a lot less meaningful. Rather than develop their own relationship with their god, the majority now just sits in a building, having one guy tell them what they do and don't believe. And to me, that's just taking on someone else's relationship with their god, and not developing their own. Not to mention, it makes churches into political tools in many occasions. It also tends to be what sparks fanaticism.

I am not a spritual person in real life nor is my fursona/avatar. While I have an great interest in the paranormal, life after death and such I have never felt the need to form such a bond or seek spiritual guidance.
Perhaps I lack faith of any kind as I am often referred to as a cynical person, to which I reply: "What you may call cynicism, I call experience"

That is quite true, several in fact. The more well know one lead by King Richard the lion-heart[Who is thought to have been gay] was in fact a true slaughter. Upon arrival at the city of Jaffa, which was Christian held, he laid siege to it. Upon entering the city he ordered the city looted and the massacre of its citizens christian, jew and muslim alike. Men, women and children were butchered and their bodies cut open to see if they had swallowed gems, gold and other valuables. All in the name of God's holy crusade against the infidel.

Well, that all started because we were talking about Sunday mornings, after Johnny quoted the song, Easy Like Sunday Morning. Before that, I can't remember.

Oh, I think He and Mystic were describing themselves through song or interpretive dance.

I don't know what I'd pick for myself exactly, but for the actual story of Labrn (with a dash of Mystic) I'd say the song that tales his story his "Dark Saga" by Iced Earth.

Given your current tag-line Labrn, I would have thought it'd be something from Alestorm.
