It's Henkcobra, a little mistake by the artist, but that been solved.
I don't have seen your avatar descrition jet.

I feel your pain there, Henk. I used to be exactly the same, and am only a little better now. I'm not the one to give advice about it, as I'm still pretty useless. Just try to be yourself, and try to just act naturally. With practice, you'll get better, I'm sure.
