| rich, last night after jana's show i got brave and decided to down load for the first time . i used "save target as" to create a file of all her photo sets. just when i was getting ready to burn a disk, i noticed that about half the sets were not there. when i tried to go back to the members area , it would not let me in. well its about 12hrs. lator and i still can't open up the members area .ronald recomended i talk to you about this or the webmaster i don't know how to contact him. |

try webmaster "at" clubjanacova.com
(replacing "at" with @)
see if that works.
There should be a support page for Jana's website.
If the support page email address is not working, Jana should tell her webmaster about the email address about and find how to get members proper tech support.

Ok ... First off, I'm not sure what you mean that "about half the sets" weren't there? ... You mean they were missing from your hard drive AFTER you had downloaded them? Perhaps you are looking in the wrong place?
As far as not getting into the web-site, as of right now (10:30AM EST), Monday, Oct 11th, I went to web-site and got in no problem, so I know it's not the web-site (at least not at this moment it isn't). But you can contact the webmaster two ways ... 1) if you can get into the section called "About Jana" (this does not require a membership) - Then at bottom right hand column is a link "email me" (it goes to webmaster). Or, 2) as Ronald said, webmaster at clubjanacova.com.
You may want to try rebooting your system, and try getting in again. It could be your comp is hung up or overloaded. This is not that unusual of a thing. I have a very power system, yet if my comp is running all day and and I am doing many different things, at some point something doesn't work right until after I reboot.
Also when is last time you did system maintenance on your comp, or defragged? Often times if these things need to be done it will cause things not to work properly as well. Also if you use a dial-up connection (AOL, Earthlink), you may find you have to clear the cache like once a week or else the system blocks you from entering web-sites after a while.
Try some of these things and see if it helps.

P.S.
Try this "Quick Fix" approach ...
At top of Browser click "Tools". At the bottom of Tools is "Internet Connections" ... Click this.
In new window, about mid-way down in new box, click the tab "Delete Cookies", then click the tab "Delete Files". Now toward the bottom right is another tab "Clear History", click that too. Then click "OK" at bottom left of window.
After you've done this, try going back to site and getting in. It is good to clear these things out occasionally. However, it will erase from memory all web-sites you normally visit and you will have to type them into the browser from scratch (small price to pay) ... However, I believe if they appear in your "favorites" section they will not be effected when you clear these items.
At site do you type your username and password over each time you go, or have you selected "memorize my password"? Could be if you type it each time, maybe you're typing something wrong?

i want to thank you fellows for your support and quick responce.first i found the the "missing files " so that is no longer an issue. i have emailed the verotol customer support address and received i believe an automated responce requesting my codes and a dicription of the problem i'm haveing. i've also sent an email to the webmaster through the address given in the "about janna" section. i have deleted the files cookies and history as you suggested and i guess it only remains to defrag my disk the last time i did this ( the first time) i lost my hard drive and every thing on it . before i hit the button .i just want to say, jana i love you, please, please,have my children. good by

| that was like jumping out of an airplane! once the parachute opens you can relax and enjoy the view .i'm defraged, compacted and i've got 85% free space. now if only my codes would work. |

Security risk, huh? We better watch our backs ... Electrondady1 can't even find where he downloaded Jana's photosets on his hard drive, yet he can figure out how to hack us!  Just teasing you!

I agree with Richard. Be careful Jana, electrondady1 already has four kids, and from what I hear they are little spoiled brats. I think he's just trying to get you to take them off his hands!?!
