Hey Alley, I was just wondering if you do alot of editing or airbrusing on some of your picture sets? Not that there is anything wrong with it or with your sets, they all look awesome as usual. I was just wondering, because I got an email from Playboy to sign up for the Lingere site and they have sample pics and those you can tell are HEAVILY edited with ALOT of airbrushing and just so obvious. So I started to wonder if you do or have people to do that for your sets?

If you do, then obviously it's not overdone and it's just perfect because I can't even tell. I know there have been some instances like when certain private parts show up those have been edited (which also is fine as well) but even then it's not evn that noticable.

So if you don't mind, I was just wondering that's all. Keep up the great work and like I said even if you do, it it no way ruins the sets or anything.

I just have to say something here . . . though I know it really doesn't matter what my opinion is, and it is just that. I AM SO SICK of all the airbrushing and the fakeness of todays industry. In a technological age of Hi-Definition, we should be selling whats REAL! Natural aging and imperfect flaws are beautiful and give people individuality. That's what turned me on about Alley in the first place. Just being honest, If we wanted "perfect" photos and airbrushed videos, we could just make them ourselves, we have the technology! I may be alone on this, but I am disappointed with the direction things have gone. With that being said . . . I am a long-time, unconditional fan of Alley, and always will be. I used to get so excited everytime I thought about this goddess, but it's been awhile - and I MISS IT!!!

Well to answer your airbrushing questions....

The answer is yes....we do touch up our images.....if needed. There is always something to touch up but we always try to use a light hand and not be heavy with the touching up. Reasons for touching up are:

certain shadows across the face...or body....that without it....the shot would be perfect.

long hairs getting stuck on my lip gloss....that happens a lot.

a certain weird looking this or that....

the tags off of undies/bras....because the overall shot would be perfect without that bright white tag in your face. I always forget to cut it off beforehand : )

Sometimes....you might get creases on your legs from wearing fishnet stockings....or other thigh high stockings...or creases from wearing a bra....or if you are bottomless and you're sitting on something....when you stand to do a butt shot you might have weird creases on your booty.

There are endless reasons why you might need to touch things up.

Oh another reason for me is....I have the kind of eyes that FOR SOME reason....I think the way my eyes are shaped or something but....EVERYTIME I wear make up...the makeup smudges underneath my eyes. So a lot of times....I have to remove the eye shadow from under there.

Kriss Lea....not sure if you are liking the newer sets better than the past but I personally prefer the sets from the past 4 years better. In the beginning of my site....I didn't really use any airbrushing and if it was used....it wasn't used that good...I don't think. Then I started to use it a bit more...but the technique still wasn't there...and NOW I believe the skills have been better than ever and I think it's being done really well. I think airbrushing is good as long as you can use it lightly with some skill so that it's not too obvious.

Remember, every TRUE professional will use some type of airbrushing/touching up.

I consider myself a true professional and I strive to always do my best and keep up with the current times of change. I call it evolving.

Would you ever consider posting some of the unedited images for curiosity's sake. Not ones where you are airbrushing because too much of something is showing....but I kinda like the idea of an image where you have a crease from clothing, or something like that. the airbrushing you do is very subtle and professional, by the way. It would be great to see an occasional outtake picture, as well. Thanks Alley!
