I know this is way early, since Sweetest Day isn't till the 20th, but I don't know if I'll be around then so I'm gonna go ahead and post this now.
For those that don't know, Sweetest Day is kind of like Valentine's around were I'm at..it's a day were you give a small something to all those you care about. (Yet, they also say it was made up by several candy companies to sell more product...oh well, still a nice thought )
So, may I wish all the ladies here a very lovely Sweetest Day.
And....aw heck.....to all the guys....Hey, first round's on me, fellas!
Y'all take care! |

Mostly in the Northeast, the Great Lakes, region of the US. Its only been observed for about 90 years. Its to show appreciation to those that have shown one kindness over the year.
To answer your question, Xeb....its kinda personal. I'd rather not discuss it right now, maybe at a later time. Thanks for the concern though. |

No worries Mr.Wolf. Don't forget you have the PleasureBonBon right to keep your buisness discreet and unknown.
However, my friend, who things Sweetest Day is bull since theres already Valentine's Day, felt the need to invent his own holiday: Beer, Breasts, and Meat Day! Which is just like Sweetest Day, only its for men. XD _________________ The suspense is killing me. I hope it will last. |

*Chuckles and smiles* Thank you for the flowers. I can't say I've heard of the holiday before, though. _________________ "Doktor! Are you sure this will work?!" "HAHA! I HAVE NO IDEA!" |

Odd. I'm in Virginia myself at the moment. The local color around here is mostly orange and maroon. I've picked up a drawl, too.
How is it up there in the frozen land of cheese, Brandon? _________________ "Doktor! Are you sure this will work?!" "HAHA! I HAVE NO IDEA!" |

I envy you, Kommy..I miss being back home. I'm a southern boy, born and raised, and even my own accent is starting to fade around here! |

I must have missed something. I'm on the west coast myself and it was certainly not 80 degrees today. Nor has it been 80 degrees in some time. _________________ Silentium est aurum |

Hasn't been 80 around here since June! lol
Actually...its gotten to the point where I prefer the cold, the ice and snow, to the heat of summer. Love the winter hiking, ice fishing, snowboarding. Yet, I think the main reason I prefer winter cold....well.....it does make for very nice cuddling weather. A roaring fire, a warm blanket, and someone special to share it with....~sigh~......ahem, well...just my thoughts |

The weather is fine here in Illinois, during the day, but then it gets chilly at night, so I have perfect cuddling weather too! The days are warm and bright enough (other than these rainy days we keep having ) to go out and hike the trails and spend sometime in the fresh air. Then as night begins to fall, one can move to the warmth of the house and share it with good company.
Then again, just about any weather is nice to me now-a-days. Having been through a deployment, the weather barely bothers me. I still find myself wearing shorts in the mid 50s outside. _________________ The suspense is killing me. I hope it will last. |

Well,I can tell you that here in Mass. it is unseasonably warm! Seeing 80 degree days this late in Oct. is very unusual. |

It's been unseasonably warm here in Virginia. Well, at least in Northern Virginia. I do miss the Rhode Island weather though. I don't know why though, I haven't lived there in years. _________________ I like old jokes. With them I know when to laugh. |

Ah, another fellow Virginian. Very kewl!
Yes I heard about the warm weather from my folks, who still live there, near Blacksburg. Around there its been in the 60's they say.
I have been to Rhode Island, many years ago. Beautiful buildings and landscapes! Very friendly poeple too. |
