Would it be possible to have a support area in the forums please.
Best place would be here: http://clubjanacova.eadultgames.com/forums/ rather than the general area.
Im suggesting this because the verotel signup didnt work for me.
I got a user and passcode but the site wouldnt let me login.
half an hour later I got an email from support saying they will refund me cos they couldnt add the passcodes to www.clubjanacova.com.
The trouble is the refund could take 4 weeks.
I normally would use ccbill, but the signup page on both clubjancaova and ccbill didnt list visa as card type I could use. they normally list it.
whats happening?      |

Yes- sounds like you're having a bad day...
You should contact the webmaster for Jana's support....
Unfortunately- a new tech support forum on this site wont work because Jana's still in the middle of making webmaster transition. And I'm only running this forum as a third party support...
I'm not directly involved in Jana's actual website so it's hard to give support here- related to technical difficulties that is related to things only Jana's webmaster can do...
I do talk to Jana regularly online so I will mention this to her next time I see her online.

ps. Regard Visa.. That is very Odd.. CCBILL supports Visa.. And I was informed by her old webmaster that she got her Visa account approved. So she should be able to accept Visa on CCBill. Either that or Jana has not paid her Visa fees or renewal fees!

I took it one step further and tried signing up to ccbill with visa anyway, but it just laughed at me.
so Im snookered
I cant sign up to the site whatever way i try. |

I am really sorry,but the reason like I already sad is becouse my new webmaster is doing some changes on my site and also with CCbill and Verotel¨.
I hope it will works soon.I am so sorry:-((

I think RoxfanUK has it half right.... I think it's the professional part...
I avoid watching live chat shows cuz it's frustrating sitting here getting turned on and not being able to do anything about it....
