This sucks, I just noticed that one of my other regular online charges that comes out once a month (xbox live) was trying to charge then a credit for it. I did have to get a new card because my other one wasn't scanning right but everything stayed exactly the same the number, experation date, my name on it, everything except the 3 numbers on the back that things will ask for on extra security but I thought that was just used the first time to make sure it was a valid card or something.

So what can I do if it happens to mess up and the bill doesn't go through? I know I've been given exceptions in the past when I had to cancel for a few months cause of money issue's or getting an entire different card before but seemed like the last one was the last chance or exception I was gonna get?

All help is appreciated and I don't get billed till like the end of the month I believe so I won't know right away.

I really wish the billing system was alot easier and alowed you to change your info instead of having to cancel and reopen it again cause I'm at the $10 a month right now...

I feel your pain. I've gone thru about 3 or 4 credit mishaps. I don't mind re-paying the initial $25 again. She deserves it for the $10 loyal membership. I also appreciate the fact that I can email support and have my loyal status re-enstated without issue.

Wonder if ccbill has the ability to change financial info. Worth a check.

glad to hear i'm not the only one who has experienced this several times - and yea, it sucks! Sad
but it is nice that Alley's amazing team of support can get the problem fixed usually within a 24 hr time period
it would make things ALOT easier if we could edit our financial information ourselves... i don't think ccbill does offer that feature, mt - i'm pretty sure i checked that out last time my cc was having problems... Evil or Very Mad

Hi Guys,

CC Bill doesn't offer that feature....as of yet. That would be a nice upgrade in the future when it becomes available. If you guys ever have questions or need help with something....please email support@alleybaggett.net We will always do what's fair and what we are capable of doing. When you are talking about these particular issues/questions......you have to take a lot of different things into consideration.....CCBILL doesn't have an edit feature and you can't call to change your info either. They want to make sure that it really is you, the cardholder who now has this "new card/numbers".

I think it might be ok, my xbox live ended up going through after all, it was just weird seeing the charge then a credit for the charge. So I'll keep my fingers crossed. I won't know till the around the 24th 25th around there sometime. I'm sure if it messes up I'll miss something very good more then likely lol.

You can email Tech support and get your loyal status reinstated?

I had to cancel my membership due to lack of funds (in turn due to a lack of job), so I'm really upset... Next September, if I get a job by then, I'll rejoin, so that the 30-day loyal membership gets activated before the first December 2006 Loyal Members photo sets go away for a very long time. I canceled subscription last week, and my final day is December 7, a thursday.

But now that the possibility of getting "reinstated" is there, maybe I can have more time to find a job in case I don't have a job by September.

Oh, man I'm gonna miss you alley! But I'll Be thinking of you! And Looking, as my Photoset folder lists 10,354 files and 340 folders! I don't have the photosets from set #54 (Aroma Therapy, although I do have Vibrant Part 3, which have higher file names) thru Prom Fantasy (out tomorrow, so that would make Reflections the last one of this group).

hey gthang...

you might wanna ask tech support about the whole "reinstatement" deal - i'm not sure, but i think that is a courtesy if we have a minor issue where our payment does not go through, but is fixed immediately...

i don't think it is an option if we cancel our membership and rejoin at a later date...
