Excellent post El Tiburon!
Honestly, I've assumed and thought that Alley has always had implants ever since she started modeling. Also, when she announced she was getting a reduction that she was just having the implants removed and then possibly a breast lift. Of course this is just my opinion and nothing more.
Actually, I'm curious to see what she'll look like with a B cup.
Regardless, I'm not going anywhere...I'm a member until the end baby.

Don't worry guys!! I WONT do something that will NOT turn out GOOD! TRUST ME!! The doctor who I'm thinking of does a BEAUTIFUL natural shape. That is the key word....."natural shape."
Oh also....about the "pornish look." That's just a word I used really quickly to try to describe what I felt like in my clothes. I'll go a bit more in detail.... I don't like how BIG/HUGE my boobs look when I wear a simple fitted shirt. The thinner I get the bigger they look. I guess I mean...that's not one of the first things I want someone to notice about me in my normal every day life. That's one reason for wanting to do it. My back is another.... Wanting a more youthful appearance is one more reason...
Trust me....I'm SURE you'll still be happy!

i have to agree with downsouth... that was an excellent, well spoken post, el tiburon!!
as for my thoughts on the whole debate -
Alley, I, for one, absolutely adore you for all that you are! i have been a fan and member of your site since the beginning - and i feel i have come to know you through your heart journals, magazine interviews, chats, and forum. yes, i admit, the first time i saw you, i was floored by your stunning beauty and physique (who wasn't?!) but let's be honest - people's first impression of one another is purely physical (whether we want to admit it or not)
day by day, you have become SOOOO much more beautiful to me, Alley. and i can swear to you, it has everything to do with your personality, the way you respect yourself and others, your beliefs, and your morals - and nothing to do with your physical appearance.
i do fantasize about you Alley, (as i'm sure most everyone here does) but my fantasies, believe it or not, are not sexual (most of the time  ) i imagine what it would be like to come home to you everyday, or waking up to you in the morning, or just holding and kissing you... it doesn't matter what your body looks like - people who are only concerned about that are going to be really disappointed with life as they and their spouses grow older!!
you are by far the most beautiful woman i have ever seen, and one of the most beautiful people i have come to know.
i will always support you and always be a fan - i wish nothing but the best for you and your family, and good luck with your decision!!

Oh and to the person who suggested the working out idea....I've done that for years....I've trained with one the best private trainers and all.....but my back still seems to bother me. I just think it would be the best thing to do all the way around.

I am sorry to hear that exercising has not worked for you. I had no intention to offend you or belittle your decision, I just know of too many beautiful young women that are too quick to turn to plastic surgery. Your health and well being are more important than anything else, so if all other options have failed you, then by all means do what you need to do for your long-term welfare.

Nice to seeing you posting this weekend. I've always assumed you worked out. One of the girls I work for on the net who's a fitness model from KC is in this months American Curves. I commented to her I've been seeing more and more Playboy Playmates in the fitness magazines. Girls like Jennifer Walcott and Buffy Tyler among others.

Like eltiburon I usually do not join the forums of the sites to which I subscribe, but for something as earthshaking as this, I have to make my views known. Although I’m new to your site, I’m a long time fan. You have been one of my favorite models since you started in the business.
First and foremost, you should have or not have a reduction only to please yourself. You should not do it to please someone else, least of all people like me who only know you from your pictures and videos.
However, I think you are making a big mistake visa-vi your modeling career. You’re an all over beautiful woman, but your breasts define you as a model. Other models have some other characteristics that define them as a model. When I say “define you as a model”, I mean what’s the first thing your admirers think of when they hear your name. As they say in politics, look at the polls. Your poll question about which body part most people like shows your breasts are way ahead of anything else (no pun intended). Also, just a quick perusal of you photo sets shows a lot of attention given to your breasts. You said in an earlier post in this thread you plan to continue modeling for another five years. Wouldn’t it be better to wait until you retire?
I looked back through my BOL collection and found the first photos of you in the September/October 1995 issue (I don’t have every issue). I’m amazed that after all this time you are having a body image problem. Did you always feel this way or has this been a recent development? I’m not trying to put you down here, I’m just asking a question.
As to the back problems, I’m sure you’ve done everything to alleviate these pains, but I have to ask: Have you seen a doctor that specializes in back pain? Did a physician tell you that your big breasts are most probably causing your back pains? It would really be a tragedy to go though all the expense and pain of this procedure only to find that your back still hurts.
You said that you where going to have your breast reduced......”to just a little bit smaller”. And later you said you were going for a large B cup. In the latest edition of Vixens in which you appeared, your statistics were printed as 5’3”, 105 LBS and you measure 32D-24-33. I know that magazines and web sites tend to make up their own numbers, but that looks about right to me. It’s just my opinion a reduction of two cup sizes is not a little bit.

i just had a few comments in response to your post...
i know you explain yourself about the whole "your breasts define you as a model" comment, but i think it's safe to say that not all of her admirerers think of her breasts when they hear her name - you say to look at the polls, and yes her breasts are in the lead, but obviously there are a lot of fans that think of other features first
second, i'm no doctor myself, but i thought it was pretty common knowledge that women with larger breasts usually have back problems due to that fact... and i'm sure she has talked to several doctors about it - since she has also mentioned that.
and finally, in the vixens editions when they stated her measurements, they may have made their own, like you say - but if you have seen any of her lingerie or speciality items in her store, you can see that she wears a "C" cup in clothes, so - she will only be reducing one cup size in her clothes

I also want to say that i can't imagine a world without Alley Baggett, and i hope i'll be seen your gorgeous face far beyond the 5 years you were talking about earlier. She is doing one this Thursday...personally I miss the webcam...there hasn't been a webcam chat since last July...it'll be a wonderful day when she fires up the cam again.

Well, for starters.. just like to say that Alley's boobs are the nicest I've seen. But a part of me can't wait to see the "new" Alley. I think she will still look gorgeous. I can just imagine it! 
However, I can safely say that the most of us will miss the "old" you. But we have thousands of pics to remind us of that  . I personally would like the change and you do need to take care of your back after all. Alley, I wish you all the best for your op.
