Hello!
I too would like to thank anyone who is interested in the new Bon Bon site. Have a little more patience and the satisfaction will be guarranteed! I'm working all by myself on this great project for which I'm realizing all the graphic section. All the elements, even the frames and the decorations are drawn by me expressly for the site, and not only that!
The site will be a true trip inside the Delight Castle! You'll be able to get inside all the rooms of the castle, watch the strip tease directly from the stage, play in the casino, talk inside the bar, enter the rooms of the girls, and much more. In the future the trip will expand outside the castle, letting you walk along the streets of Bon Bon, entering the shops and meeting many new characters!
The great novelty of 2006 will also be the monthly furry horoscope, done by a pretty gipsy skunk girl, Sibilla!!
I can't add much else, if not that I'm doing my best to surprise you and amaze you with the sexy, elegant and intriguing universe of Pleasure Bon Bon!

A thank you goes to Ronald that gave me this chance and to Martin A. Day that is translating in english for you, since, as you probably know, I'm Italian!

I just wanted to say that I really like what I've seen of your stuff so far!
(I live in Europe (Poland) and couldn't sign up yet to the normal page)

I really like your line and coloring style. Also what I like the most are the clothes and hairstyles! The main things I like about Victorian Age.
(I also like Sherlock Holmes :3 )

Anyway, I just hope you'll finish the site soon. I may be able to sing up in the near time, but I don't know just yet.

Also I wanted to show you guys this lil' pic I did. Frenchy (my poodle) is a candy-like personality, so she just fitted to the name. ;3

Hi! You're the first reader that posts on Bon Bon's forum! Thank you for appreciating Bon Bon and thank you for your idea, the picture will soon be added in the new pin-up gallery that will be opened on the site! I too love SH! I've read all the books and seen all the movies! I've also been in his house at the 221B of Baker Street in London!
As for your character, don't worry, she surely passed the audition! You know, I was actually thinking of adding a Poodle girl acting as makeup girl and coiffeur for Bon Bon's girls, called Rose, and she could become the owner of a perfume shop or a beauty salon.
would you like it if the poodle girl I'm gonna draw had pink hair like yours?
I'd like to remind everyone that Bon Bon's site is constantly expanding, and there will be space for all the characters you like, as long as they fit in the theme in the comic! This is maybe the first virtual site in which one enters in the universe of a comic; in Bon Bon one will first enter the Castle and afterwards move into the streets and the shops!
As soon as I get some time I'll do a sketch of the new character and will put it in this forum.
I'm very excited about this idea, thank you!

(Ronald once gave me a 2 month trial for doing few pics of the original Vixine chars. Maybe he'll agree someday. ;3 )

1. I love your coloring style, do you color on inked scans, or directly on pencil? (If I'm not mistaking, Serrena colors sketches, I wonder how you do it?)

2. I noticed the reseblence betwin your avatar and Daphne Mallow. Is there a purpous? ;3

Don't worry, I won't copy your character, you'll see ^-^ I hope I'll be able to post a picture of Rose soon, so you'll be able to give me an opinion! ^-^
As of now we're not planning on putting new short stories in Bon Bon, but maybe we could offer a free one month account in exchange for a color pin up of Bon Bon's characters for the pin up gallery, but for this I must ask for confirmation to Ronald.
Effectively my character is Daphne, in a teenage version! But only because she's a writer ^-^ ... like me!
I'm drawing victorian style avatars for the staff bios page, there will be me (not Daphne), Ronald, Martin A. Day that is our translator and Marco, my boyfriend that helps me with the cleanup and the color bases.
I always ink the pages; first I do the penciling, then Marco does the clean up of the pencil and afterwards I ink. Then Marco does the flat colors bases that I choose, and finally I do the shadows and the undertones adding patterns and effects. As you can see it's hard work, but I hope you'll be satisfied with the result. Now I'm working on the new pages for issue #2 and a cover for the new year, really sexy and hot Shocked

I use that method myself (pencil-ink-colors). I put the special effects "by touch" (I try different methods untill I find the look I'm looking for).

Maybe you could help me. Y'see I have problems with liquids. (this is one of the reasons I don't do "too raw" pics) I usually make them with brush, blurr some spots of it and then I try different layer types, but it usually ends up looking like some kind of cream. Maybe you could give me some tips?

I'll be happy to do pinups of your lovely chars! (Especially Daphne and Sibilla ;3 )
BTW, ask Ronald, would he be interested in Pinups of Quest for Fun. (I made one once in a while. I got about 4 at the momenth.)

Thanks for appreciating the pics of Daphne and Sibilla,
about the liquid special effect: first I draw the border using a white color, then I fill the image using a white transparent brush.
Well, you should talk to Serena for QFF pin-ups on the Vixine general message board ^-^

I Just wanted to say that You guys did a real splendid job on it!!!

I just don't want to miss the next issue in the loyal section and I won't be able to afford a second account in BonBon site.

Site will be opening sometime this month. Hopefully within the next week or 2 max.

We're getting everything setup and fixing up the free side to fit people with the 1024 monitors- since currently it is for 1280monitors but this might be a bit too wide for most people.

Thank you for your words, I feel very gratified by your appreciation, and that makes me work even better!
What I apply myself the most to in my work is writing good stories, interesting pretty and humorous dialogues and art to make my characters alive and likeable; the character is the center of the comic, and everything else, color, art and story, must revolve around it and sustain it. This is what I think. I love my character as if they were my friends, and work for their life.
When the pages of Bon Bon will disappear from Vixine, it will be the sign that the site will have opened the registrations.
