I'm going to have to be the one who has the big, standard, idea of starting wild, mass guessing?
You guys really need to pick your game up some. Normally you all would be all over the idea of wacky hi-jinx and what could possibly coming up next.
So, with all that, I say we start throwing out or epileptic trees of fan-theories and ideas as to what it is that Betty will announce. And, being as that apparently I'm the one starting it this time, I'll throw mine out.
I think Betty is going to announce to everyone that Bon Bon will be closing for the season... SO EVERYONE CAN GO TO THE BEACH!!!! 
Ooooooooh! OR, Betty, in a 4th wall breaking moment, will mention that Bon Bon will be going... INTO SPACE!!!
Um... yeah. Me and my obscure sense of amusement. Anyway, that's my idea. Bon Bon will close, so they can host a gigantic, all-season, beach party. Or completely break the 4th wall, by going into a galaxy far, far, away.

I'm sure that Betty is just going to introduce Mary to everyone and let them know that she is off limits to everyone. and then have a huge celebration afterwards. :3 Oh and how's this for wacky? sometime during the party Mary and Betty would get so drunk that they would have sex with each other

I guess it's good I haven't cut off my eyelids yet but if I had to hypothesize, most likely Mary is getting married and the castle will be the venue. Also, who's going to preside over the wedding considering I'm the only holy man in town.

Can't they be married by a Ship's Captain as well? I think Bon Bon has a couple of those... or at least one. Like a Steam Boat captain or something.

Captains can only marry someone when they're the only authority around i.e. on a ship far out to sea. Don't know about marriage licenses that a judge or justice of the peace can sign off. Common law would imply that Red and Mary lived together for such a time together that the town acknowledges their relationship as a marriage for all intents and purposes.

I don't think it's going to be a wedding. At least not yet. I think it'll be something else, as cat-Vanessa does have a fun way of introducing what should be an everyday event, and having pervy hyjinx ensue.
Since it's hard to pin down what season Bon Bon is in, as it always seems like late Spring... what about an announcement of some sort of festival, like Mardi Gras, with the main guest speaker being Mary or something?
*blinks eyes, and then snaps fingers* OOOOOOOOOOH!!!!!!! I got it!!!!
Maybe it will be a wedding announcement (as cat-Vanessa is clever enough to know that we know she's clever, so she'd do exactly what we think she'd do, but reverse), but then gentleman-rogue-adventurer-scoundrel Randy arrives and absconds with Mary over his shoulder allowing for a racy (pun intended) high-speed chase through town, which somehow gets Randy in a dress, and Mary in Randy's costume! Think about it. Something like that would allow for all sorts of food humor (Randy getting a pie in the face sort of thing), event humor (Randy somehow holding Mary's unmentionables), and sexy jokes (Randy knocking someone else down into a compromising / embarrassing position with another of the opposite sex). You could also interject "Mary" anywhere I have "Randy" too. Shoot you could even have for a ton of Royal cameos throughout the chase. That would be epic! EPIC I say!

That would be pretty cool even though Todoxas won't be there, at least not until he can be included. But still it's a pretty good idea, Oh what if Randy manages to lose the mob of citizens chasing him but then he runs right into William and the two begin to fight with each other.
Like before they start they give each other a death stare then out of nowhere they just start slap fighting right in front of Mary, and she would be sitting there looking unimpressed by the quarrel between Randy and William. Then we cut back to the two gentlemen as then begin to bite and scratch each other but then they hear someone whistle they stop turn around and see all of the citizens of Bon Bon looking at them with a look of disapproval. Or something like that.

If this actually happens,although it's a late 20th century tune but yakety sax would need to be the theme music.

I dunno... I kinda see any fight that Randy gets in devolve into a nerdy-slap-fest... which both parties squinting their eyes closed, looking the other way, and stamping their feet, all the while they ineffectively flail their hands at the wrists.
Yeah... I guess I never really thought of Randy or William as fighters. Randy's a cassanova-wannabe, and William is a Randy-wannabe.
Um... yeah. Me and my sense of humor.

Hi! I am really happy to read all these comments I'm just here to remind you my promise : the (hot) issue #15 will be colored for all the royal members! Also the issue #16 will be again in color pages and both will be updated alternated. Also GTC will continue, like Dillinger Derringer as bonus content, but this last less often respect on PBB pages. So I am back on photoshop to color this fancy world and I want to thank you all for having supported me during the "manga" period when I had some problems which took me away the time to color. I hope that you enjoy the new pin ups of this month ( Pollyanna and Creamy) because I started with them to get practice to color again! Last but no least ... the new cover of Issue #16 is very very detailed...I will be crazy to color it...but I want to make the best cover of ever, every time! And the Issue # 16 will start with A LOT of cameos of royal members and special characters like the mysterius Daphne. It will be a great start

That is so good to hear. I've missed the wonderful job you do with the colors.

Can't wait to see the cameos. I somehow believe that it's not just the covers but the pages overall that are fantastic. Oh and just for the humor or shock and awe, crazy is strapping 163 kilos(about 300 lbs.)to a flaccid penis.
