It looks rediculously amazing. Bungie has returned. I don't think this will be bigger than Halo, but who knows. Can't wait to see it!

I've lost alot of faith in Bungie when they released Halo Reach. I'm not all to sure what to expect of them, but I won't dismiss that it 'might' be a good game.

That's respectable, dragonfly. Some things are not for others.

I personally enjoyed Reach, but I've always enjoyed the stories. Odd what they did with Reach, and I can see some minor flukes, but overall I don't go for gameplay as much as story. I'm a story driven person. You could give me a game with terrible controls but a deep storyline and I'd like it (although the controls might irritate me for a while).

Personally speaking, Reach did'nt come out with the hype that it was intended for. Halo had always been an arena shooter, much like Quake or any of those other guys. Adding the loadouts was the whole reason I could'nt enjoy it. H4 was at least a better way because you could'nt abuse power weapons.

Ya the loadouts were a bit awkward but it's always awkward at first. That's the way call of duty 4 was when it released. The combat was clunky and the perks made it very easy to make an overpowered class. But they realized their mistakes and did some touch-ups. It still needs some work but ah they'll get to it. Practice makes perfect.

And yes with halo 4 the loadouts were better. Power weapons aren't as much a problem as they used to be.

Also, with Reach, vehicles were pretty much deathtraps that did'nt last too long since pretty much everything destroyed them if you got enough people to shoot them. While that is true in 4, they at least lasted longer in that game, another fix 343 made. The maps on Reach were also terrible as most were simply cut and pasted sections of the campaign, and no amount of telling what was it was made for first does'nt excuse the fact they both are easily indistinguishable from each other. I think those 3 things made Halo Reach very difficult for me to enjoy.

awww no no i just never really got into halo from going from a N64 to a PS2 then to a gamecube to a wii and now a xbox360


i never owned a oirignal xbox so i never played halo 1 or 2 the first i played was ODST and from what i know that was the worst halo game there is?

of corse i woudnt know i played it for half an hour and just didnt see the hype of it


of corse at the moment i have never played a MGS game before but MGR aka metal gear rising revengance is blowing my mind this game alone is why im so glad i got a 360

The story for Destiny is turning out to be pretty interesting. I have a feeling though that it won't be released till the next gen console appears.
