"Well simple stretches would be the best as they would relax you before bed without getting you dirty. An evening jog or walk. If you impure any fighting styles, practicing basic forms would be the best." He leaned back, looking at the ceiling, trying to think of other exercises.

He listened as she was talking, not looking at her face. When she paused, he looked at her. "Well there's pushups, running or jogging in place, light weight lifting," he trailed off trying to think of others. He stood, stretching his entire body, trying to loosen his back, groaning as it popped a little.

Without pausing in his stretching or even really turning around he said, "Well then do whatever it was that allowed you to sleep well before bed each night. I stick to weapons and hand to hand combat practice every night. If I can't do those then some basic exercises work just as well." Turning back he smiled at her and said with complete innocence, "Tonight I'm just going to do light stretching and then head to bed. Of course that's still a few hours away."

As she pushed him he tried to ask, "Jessica what's," but he got no further as her lips pressed against his. He was completely taken aback, unable to move for a few seconds. Finally he regained his senses, and grabbed her by the shoulders, blushing red all over his face, looking her in the eyes. "What in the world was that?" he asked incredulously.

His whole face blushed, as he looked away from her, stammering as he said, "Well...no...I mean...liked it...but...sudden...hardly know...first time...go home." He wasn't able to get a single coherent sentence out, trying to stand towards the end, but suddenly he felt lightheaded, and he sank bank onto the couch, still unable to meet her gaze.

He recognized the scent of arousal immediately, and tried his hardest to get away from her, as he moved to stand up, the dizziness hit him again, and he fell back onto the couch. Instead of remaining sitting up, he slid until his back was pushed against the armrest and the back of the couch. "Um...well...like I said...you're acting differently, and the change was...sudden. Just thinking you might have...a fever or caught something that's affecting you this way." The crotch of his pants now bulged, as he felt himself become fully erect. Her scent was intoxicating, but he struggled to get away. If he could just get on his feet and outside, he'd be able to get away.

If you have a...um...fever, then you need medicine for it." With his scrabbling his upper body was almost to the edge of the couch. He was breathing hard and fast, his eyes wide in panic, using his hands for more power to push with.
