I need some help kind of... planning I guess. It has come to my attention I've actually been a member here for quite a long time, a Royal one infact it would see. So... I guess I should try to design some Fursona. Problem? I have not a clue, not really my area of expertise...
As I understand it, BonBon is a kind of Victorian-era place right? A place to relax or something like that... my only character expertise is in making warrior gals or something, probably not very suitable for BonBon. Also only really in humans, did make a humanoid catgirl once before.
Did think of a dragon girl too... but I'm unsure a dragon is very BonBon. I'm kind of rambling and need ideas pitched, or my ramblings commented on. Halp?

Hmmmm, tough choice there. As I mentioned i've only really ever made fighter/warrior-type people...
Though I have made less serious kinds who enjoy gambling and the like.

| Despite the perception of warrior-types being out of place, there are rather a number of royals with mercenary/soldier backgrounds. But if you don't want that, there are still plenty of physically demanding jobs in the era. I personally wouldn't mind seeing some kind of railroad-related job in Bon Bon, as there haven't really been any, that I'm aware. For some reason I envision some kind of railroad construction worker with dusty overalls and a big hammer. |

Hmmmm, I hadn't even gotten to realizing that she would need a job. Money doesn't grow on trees, so she would need a job... hrmmm.
Lots of food for thought. I may try some kinda foxgirlish thing, if just because thats... uhm... something I know a liiiitle bit about.

Note to self: Playing copious amounts of Shogun 2 is not beneficial to Victorian-era thinking. Because I don't think they have samurai.

Now, ze next step would be ze backstory, ze details of ze scaled furry and all that fun jazz. And yes, Shogun 2 can help with ideas. She could be a Japanese Historian on the Edo Period! Maybe even give insights on the wars of the Genji and the Heike.
....if all else fails, Sexy Teachers are in short supply in Bon Bon. Dis be just a dumb rambling idea from a nitwit though.

Hmmmm... that could work I guess. Useful thinking there (although now most of my time is in Star Trek, which has no real use for this) that could be handy! Thanks, good food for thought.
Although the only things I can think of, is her going to some casinos or gambling places and seeing if she can turn it into strip poker or blackjack, ahaha.

Star Trek troubling your mind? Not a problem! Your character could be an Astronomer, carrying a Telescope to match all shapes, all sizes! (( Lame sexy joke. Beat me with a stick if need be.)). Gambling and Casino's in Bon Bon almost usually equals in some kinky strip poker or sex, so it doesn't matter much in over thinking how the siturtion will unfold! Just depends on how the character will react, etc. , etc.
Victorian Era or not, National Diversity is at it's prime! From Americans to Chinese, from Russians to Portuguese, all races welcome..... As long as they have the moolah to back it up.
Outfits? Don't hesitate to ask our wonderful cast of members here for help. Problem is..... you might find almost all our choices to be a tad too revealing.

You are pretty good at turning my gaming binges into reasonable ideas Wolf, haha. I think I may not use the Astronomer idea, just because I don't actually know anything about astronomy. I do actually know a bit about Japanese history, however.
Ah yes, a valid point. I'm sure no one would turn down helping me design an outfit, although it does appear most outfits in BonBon tend to have the ol' nipples showin' or around that there area. Suitable for the given area or profession I suppose, but perhaps not for someone who would be new there...
And i hadn't thought about her financial status. I do suppose BonBon is a place you have to have some kind of wealth status to be in isn't it?

Well, most of the revealing outfits are worn by the workers outside and in of the Delight Castle. You don't necessarily have to make anything revealing if you don't want to.
Financial status goes in two ways (( Two ways that I know of anyways. Suggestions welcome. )). You are either broke and came to town in search of a profitable job/Vacationing and discreet leasure, or are considerably wealthy and decided to take a vacation/settle down in Bon Bon. The middle of the two allows for more variety, like say working some times around town or deciding to wing it and jut have nice stroll through the park.
If you need any ideas or help, don't be afraid! Step right up to the most insane member on these forums! -Fanfare plays out-

I'd probably do some kind of middle-way thing, maybe lean slightly more to poor-er. Maybe.
I'm just trying to think on who she'll be still really. Probably a lizard, as that's the closest I could do to a dragon... but her job is really eluding me. I have a general idea for a personality and some likes... but that's about it.

Most of the forumers usually like going for unique jobs, which slowly become harder and harder to find. I can help you list a few of the jobs that haven't been taken yet, along with help from the others. If you're the fighting type of fur, try a Personal Defense instructor. Open up a Dojo that can be all ass kicking with a side of 'wrestling'. Or, you could be a Historian whom decides to work at the library an documents weapons and whatnot, bringing Replicas with connections Overseas and giving shows on how were these used. Possibilities are endless.
Also, you only need to worry about what kind of fur she is if you're going to wait on the list for Avatars to be drawn. If this one is for Roleplay, the sky's the limit.

Well I would like to see her drawn at some point. It appears that, unknowingly to me, I've actually been a paid member for a long time now. I must've signed up at some point and totally forgot, hahaha.
