But then I was really ill in Greece about six weeks ago and thought I was having a heart attack. Fortunately I wasn't but after a week in hospital they said I really needed to change my diet.
Don't want to go back there so have done so. No more tortilla chips, cheese or sausage. No drinking alone at home. I have lost 21 pounds and feel ten years younger. |
Oh im sorry to hear that. I am glad you are feeling better now. Congrats on losing so much weight. Yes drink at home as always been my weak spot

me too and also sometimes with just healthy food on it like lettuce, tomato, grilled onions, and pickles  and maybe a little ketchup |
