Well since feeling really sick the last few days, i have decided to change a bit 
Since Saturday, i have really cut down on the smoking and havent drunk anything not even one glass of wine. Im also trying to eat a healthier diet. I have lost quite a bit of weight already  I also have already got alot more color back into my face. You'll have to see at my next cam show via CamZ this Friday at 9pm est, if you notice any changes 
What would you guys say you biggest probs are, smoking, drinking, eating junk food etc?

Hey good to hear you're doing well. 
To be honest can I vote on all of the above? 
Good thing to watch your health. Maybe snack some carrots together?
It's most of the time not taking the time to eat and sleep well seems to be my main problem.

fast food, there is so much great fast food that it is hard to stay away  |

i'm also including junk food such as cookies, cakes, pies, chips, ice cream, brownies, and candy and stuff like that mmmmm i love chocolate

I never really managed to cut down on smoking.
It was all or nothing ..Luckily no more smoking now
I think no more smoking is very good for your health then perhaps (much) junk food.
Alcohol is not that bad I would think (unless you overdo it)
I wonder how stress ended up in your list to chose from ?
Anyway that is a very important factor too, for me at least. |

i didn't drink at all in may or june, but for the 4th of july i bought a budweiser 30 pack and i drank it all in less than a week now i'm going to quit drinking again for at least a few months |

Alcohol for me and too much food!
But then I was really ill in Greece about six weeks ago and thought I was having a heart attack. Fortunately I wasn't but after a week in hospital they said I really needed to change my diet.
Don't want to go back there so have done so. No more tortilla chips, cheese or sausage. No drinking alone at home. I have lost 21 pounds and feel ten years younger.
