It's an anime murder mystery with the same theme as Pleasure Bon Bon, apart from the animals and sex?

It has a Victorian Theme, but it's actually based in 1986 Japan. It's a proud family that wears these kinds of clothes. Also, it has witches in it, such as Beatrace, in which kinda reminds me of Beatrix Potter?

That music style they use is strangely similar to that of the game: Ar Tonelico.
