Whats up Alley,

I have long been a fan of yours and I recently had an idea I would like to share. I have been doing 3D art for 5 years and I am currently working at a 3D game design studio in Texas.

I am looking to start a new personal project, a high quality 3D female character model. I want to do something that will look a lot more realistic and detailed than a lot of the art I have created in the past.

I cannot think of a better subject for this project than you. In other words I would like to model you as realistically as possible in 3D. I do not wish to do this to make any money. If this is something that you were interested in, and you approved of the finished product, of course you may use the 3d model or any of its assets in any way that you choose.

I bring this idea to your attention for two reasons. The first, I want to ask for your permission. I am sure most of your pictures (if not all) are under copyright and I want to take the appropriate steps. The second reason is..."the better the reference, the better the artwork". I have sifted through every picture of you I can get my hands on. A lot of them provide many different points of detail, but it is hard to find a picture that would provide all the correct proportions that i would need to do this accurately. This is something that I plan on doing in great detail...and I want to be sure to have everything as perfect as possible. I am, of course, willing to provide you with any information of myself for security purposes or do anything else to convince you that I am a professional artist who is looking for nothing more then to extend my skills and make a beautiful piece. I would tailor the model to any specifics you desire (EG...Clothes, assets, specific poses...whatever).

Yes, i could easily do this project with another subject, but i really don't want to take the time to do something like with a subject i am not interested in. I guarantee that you would be happy with the results.
