Hmmm... do I see a lawsuit in there somewhere? Seems like she's infringed upon Alley's name if she really spelt it exactly the same. I'm no lawyer though, so I could be wrong.

Where did you see this? I've never seen it and I know for a FACT that it's not her...
Wildcard you are right though, if they are using Alley's name, yikes!!

Well- One thing to realize is that the Virtual Sex with series would probably not use Alley's name, as that would be an obvious lawsuit. The previous poster mentioned Sky Lopez. So that was probably the real name used when it was produced/distributed by the legal distributor/producers.
NOW- The illegal distributors probably just for the sake of getting people's attention, changed the name or just slapped Alley's name on there to get traffic. A common "traffic/marketing" tactic that is often times illegal.
The intent of this is probably for traffic or attention. That is my guess.
