The police arrested him and gave him a choice go to jail for a vary long time or work for them. He choice to work for them. A few years later a terrorist group tried to destroy the city with a nuclear device he was able to cake them out and even contain the nuclear blast with no casualty's. Sense then he has been called a True Hero, and has continued to work to protect everyone.

The antigen they were testing on the people one day evolved into a virus and infected the entire town. With a 99.999% death rate, the government leveled the town and labeled it as an accident at a nuclear reator that was never there. Unknown to them, Allison was infected and survived the blast. The virus soon took over her body and changed it, she became the virus. She soon found out what she was capable of and decided to find out why all of this had happened.
Personality: Very causious around whomever she interacts with. But she will stop at nothing to find the truth.

History: From early on, Obsidian used his teleportation to pull off bank robberies and other "petty" thefts. It wasn't until he was finally caught that he realized he was resistant to much of what was being used against him. Taking advantage, he escaped, destroying all in his path. He decided his powers were to great for mere bank robberies. He made the decision to move on to greater feats. He plotted to take cities and cause mayhem and panic throughout. The sight of fear drove him forward and fueled him.
Personality: He typically works alone (or uses accomplices as pawns) but is fully willing to work with others to achieve a "common goal." He has a fearsome presence.

Powers: Regenerative healing factor as well as being bioengineered with superhuman strength, stamina, agility and reflexes. she is an expert marksman, swordsman and martial artist.
History: Before she became who she is now, Lye went by the name of Jade Morrison. She was quite a normal woman with friends, family and lovers, however she was always short of money. When the time came that she was offered a contract to test experimental medicines with other candidates, she accepted for the money. The pills and medicines she tested were fair enough, some side effects like viruses which were all covered in the contract she signed, although it was odd that there never was any long lasting effects on her when she tested the drugs. She made the money she lived on this way. However, when the government issued a new drug for the candidates to test, she was the only one who survived. This was when she discovered she had the ability to heal rapidly, her cells divided 1000 times faster than regular people meaning that she healed instantly. This ability was why she was able to pass all of the drug tests so it was not a mutation caused by them... Then the government got curious, soon she found herself testing all kinds of lethal doses of chemicals... Soon she was able to pick up objects twice her sizeand run incredibly fast. She managed to evade the government by changing her name multiple times. She then decided to improve on her skills by practicing martial arts and shooting.
Personality: She has been alive for an immense number of years but she looks only 31, this has caused some of her personality to change over the years. The experimental chemicals which she agreed to test had effects on her mental health too, but with her healing factor she evaded dieing although she was left mentally unstable. She jokes at the most innapropriate times and her mood swings tend to mix with this, she is extremely impractical also. She has survived decapitation more than once and it has left her a little edgy.

Personality: Alice is a tease under the stoic mask of a reliable and stoic lawyer. She relieve stress by playing the villain. She often lurks near the other villains scene crimes and moves from roofs to roofs in hope that a superhero mistake her as a hired goon and picks a fight with her.

History: After years of avoiding it, the westerner-styled parkour champ decided to enter an online dating service at a local library when he was attacked by a nanovirus. Though he knew he was dying, he used every bit of his willpower to save his personal data into the site, determined to be remembered by anyone browsing there. His heart stopped, and he died staring at the Num Lock key on the old keyboard.
After a moment that seemed like forever, he was moving again, casually pushing the Num Lock button to no avail other than realizing he was not exactly dead. He slowly looked around and saw that some time had passed by. The library was a shambles; corpses lay around him and cobwebs filled the area. He looked at the monitor and it took him a minute to realize he was inadvertently surfing what was left of the interweb without use of the keyboard or clicker. He thought to gasp in surprise, but his lungs were not moving either.
After a freak-out that caused the computer to respond to his every question with equal speed and accuracy, the cowboy learned that he could hack into a computer with his mind thanks to the way the nanobot's virus weapon reacted to his body. Complying with their original programming, they multiplied, but instead became an endoskeletal system that replaced his original bodily functions. The nanovirus' need to feed caused him to get up and wander outside, looking for a furry victim. But he remembered himself... and resisted... feeding on street vermin and plant life for energy.
When he regained his composure, his first thought was to avenge the life-altering damage caused by the nanovirus. And with that, he dodges the gestapo, using his hacking abilities to immerse himself through databases, hoping to find the trail that will lead him to the very root of evil.
Personality: Dead-serious, deadpan humor. Still looking for a date.

It is the year 2050; the world is on he brink of tearing its self apart. There have been multiple terrorist attacks against America. Large portions of the mid west have become uninhabitable due to a attack that polluted a large portion of the farm lands. The New York was nearly wiped out by a Super Virus that was accidentally released, This has caused them to become closed off to the world. There boarders are closed no one is allowed to enter the country unless they can prove without a dough that they are a citizen. The other country's economizes are quickly collapsing due to the lose of American consumers. It the last 20 years Bioengineering has made a huge leap forward due to top secret experiments that the US government where performing on prisoners and the unknowing public.
((All powers came from this, Even the Virus Power. It was simply a first stage test that went wrong))
Because of this there have been massive mutations in nearly every person that was given these treatments. But in some it caused a highly evolved mutation that could manifest its self in nearly any way. There have been reports of people able to lift and throw buses over half a mile, people how could shape change, others that could survive even the most deadly of wounds. But of them all the most well known is simply called Nova. He is responsible for the protection of L.A. from a attempted Nuclear attack. sense then he has been the sole protector of L.A. sense it has fallen in to near anarchy due to Gang violence, Meta-Crimes, & lack of any serious police enforcement.
((The story will take place entirely in L.A. to keep things focused)).

------------Beginning-----------
It is early morning in the city of Lost Angels. Every thing seems quite, a rare occurrence in this city. But from deep under the city there comes a low rumbling that build quickly to a horrible shacking. Then just as quickly it stops and for a few seconds all you can hear is the sound of car alarms going off in the distance. But then there is the sound of twisting metal and breaking concrete as a massive crack forums in the middle of the road. Then it seems to explode outward and there is a massive figure rising up from the hole. This figure stand well over 20ft tall with bumpy green skin and massive mouth. It turns and looks around and a car seems to catch its eye and a massive tongue shoots out from the creatures mouth and grabs the car and halls it into is open mouth and in one gulp eats it. It works its way down the road causing shear chaos sometimes eating another car sometimes simply smashing them other times picking one up and throwing it into a building. People run in terror of this fiquire but some are grabbed and eaten by it.
Suddenly from the sky there shoots a streak of Red-Orange flames it seems to dive right into the creature. this causes the toad to sumble back. It looks up and sees a figure flying towards it. the people in the street stop for a seconds and watch. Some of the begin to cheer "Ya its Nova....Its Nova....He will kill this thing....Save us please...." The fiquire stops about 30ft from the creature and in a commanding voice "Come with me peacefully; This is your first and final warning. If you refuse you will be dealt with." with this the toad lunges at the figure but it manages to move quickly enough to avoid the attack. Nova then generate what looks like a fist the size of the creature and slams it down on top of it. The smell of burning skin rises from the creature. The creature is pinned down by the hand and is screaming in pain. the toad suddenly shoots its tongue out at Nova it strikes him; but there is a sudden sizzling noise coming from the end of its tongue; and you see what loos like a Bright Orange aura around Nova. But because of this the hand is now gone and the toad quickly gets up and leaps away.

Lady Lye was atop or a barely standing building, what she witnessed wasn't related to what she was up to but it was very flash and she couldn't resist watching. Which wasn't surprising as it was a giant toad creature destroying the streets and eating people. Lady Lye was new in town and somewhat unknown to the people, but she did hear the cries for the Nova person. After the monster tumbled and disappeared into the mist, Lye moved over the rooftops and made her way down tot a good view of Nova could be sported.

"You dick!"she shouts at him "I was gonna take a picture and you scared it away!" Clearly messing with him.

"you FUCKING BARSTED THAT WAS MY FAVREITE BIT" not even careing about the safty of the people the figers eyes turned sky blue and he shot a beam of ice onto the road where the toad was jumping.

"HAVE FUN ASSHOLE" the figer laughed as the frog jumped stairt onto ther ice and smashed into a building the figer looked up and burst into lafter

Allison was sitting up on a skyscrapper watching the fight below "Eh what the hell, I've got nothin better to do today." she thought to herself before standing up on the edge. She leaned over the edge and fell, skyrocketing towards the ground of the fight.

Allison didn't see the blast coming and it hit her in mid air. She was blasted back twenty feet into the road as smoke from the recently made crater filled the area around her. The dust and debris filled the air as Allison slowly got up and walked out of the crater as if nothing happened, although something did happen. When the dust cleared, it was fully visible that Allison had had her left arm along with a forth of her torso blown off. Yet she was still standing, no blood coming from the open wound.
