Army is army. Violence is violence. The ultimate goal of a army is to use force and violence to achieve a goal. I don't believe in a peaceful army. It's a lie. They merely wait and prepare themselves for the next war or revolt.

Too true. And I, myself, am a great appreciator of antique warfare. I think with the evolution of weponry, battles lose their glamour. You don't hear of those huge armies standing face to face these days anymore.
