Two lawyers are in a bank. Suddenly, robbers bust in. Several of the
robbers take the money from the tellers, while the others line up the
customers, including the lawyers, and proceed to take their wallets and
valuables.

While this is going on, one of the lawyers jams something into the
hand of the other one.

Without looking down, the other guy asks, "What is this?"
First lawyer says, "It's the fifty bucks I owe you."
