Hi Alley, today i'm finally joined to your web site today for 3 month!
but I have found an ugly surprise, i can't see pics of your chat sessions!!! 
i know that loyal members are persons with more than 30 day membership, but I will be member in order at least for 90 days, why i can't see your pics!!
I'm not able to attend 30 days now!!!
please help me

Inside the members area- At the bottom left hand corner there is a button called "Support"
Might not be as noticeable I guess for some people since it does look like its part of the design near the copyright.
Clicking on it brings:

Listed at the bottom are the addresses.

| If you just joined, you have to STAY a member for at least 30 days in order to be a LOYAL MEMBER. Hope this clears up any confusion! |

I know this is old but I wanted to comment on this. I believe what this guy is trying to point out if you pay for a 3 month membership, then you have already devoted yourself to three months on the site. So you should get loyal member status right off the bat and not wait the 30 days. Also I do believe if you pay with a money order for the 3 months then its says you are a loyal member from day one. So why not with credit/debit cards too?

Our system requires each membership to be active for the initial 30 days before given a Loyal Member status. For those that join through ccbill for the 3 month option still need to wait the 30 days. This is simply because we want to avoid chargebacks and refunds before the 30 days is up so that those trying to abuse the system by sucking up ALL the content won't be able to pull these kinds of shenangins. If one joins a 3 or 6 month membership via money order by mail will get instant Loyal Member access because the funds are instant without chargeback possibilities.
