Martina,
I saw recently you moved back to LA? Was it the Phoenix heat or pollution here that caused the move? Or are you starting a full-time video career?
Your Topanga Canyon address is near where a friend of mine lives. Nice area. He owns a condo and has done real well with it.
I'm going to e-mail you separately a question on Penthouse videos.

Martina,
I can understand getting bored in Scottsdale, although Arizona sort of offers the best of both worlds. It's close to California (for visiting) and it has relatively cheap air fares. Plus the weather is pretty nice most of the year.
Politically and socially, Arizona is way behind California. But for me there were too many people and cars, and the cost of living is so high.
Anyway, I hope everything works out well for you.
Did you see my question about Penthouse videos? They were supposed to come out with a new one at the end of the year and I've heard nothing.
You mentioned Vivid was taking over. What happened to Pet Confessions: Celeste Star and Friends. Jamie Lynn and a number of Pets were in it, but I've seen nothing about it since they did a photo spread in Penthouse a number of months ago. Are you going to be in any of the new videos?
