I have Martina's headshot too and it is signed personally to me. 
Plus as a true fan I have the Penthouse magazine where she's in as Pet of the Year 2005. I just hope that I will be able to get it personally signed some day 
Anyway I wouldn't sell them dwone555 certainly not if you personally met her. You're supposed to cherish them as a reminder of your memory of her.
Oh and the headshot you're supposed to frame and hang above your bed like all true fans do!

The headshot is very nice .. In fact I did frame it (Xenos had frames in the right dimenisons)
