There are some people out there who love caffeinated beverages and energy drinks these people can enjoy these fine beverages, then there are some people who cannot enjoy certain drinks due to the caffeine content and how it effects their bodies.

Back in high school I was one of those people who could enjoy caffeinated beverages with little to no side effects, that is until I started consuming vast amounts of the stuff. And one day my body could not take it anymore, I had turned myself into those people who had to avoid caffeine out of fear of what kind of damage it could further inflict on them if they continued.

Luckily I was able to quit drinking caffeinated beverages and enjoy drinks that had no caffeine at all, and for many years I felt a lot better than I had when I was drinking those highly caffeinated drinks. But one day i discovered something I could not resist, It was the infamous Mountain Dew Baja Blast. Never before had I tasted such a delicious drink, but to my dismay it was one of those caffeinated drinks I swore off years before.

I wanted to believe that I could enjoy it without suffering from the after effects of the caffeine. But thanks to my caffeine intolerance and the huge risk I ran by putting that stuff in my body, I once again had to abandon it for my own health and wellbeing.

But now, the past is once again repeating itself and I have been faced with the same challenge but with a twist. This time it’s over two caffeinated drinks MTN Dew Baja Blast and MTN Dew Pitch Black, both of which are super delicious but bad news for my body and wellbeing due to that one fucking ingredient!


Why can’t PepsiCo & MTN Dew release non-caffeinated variations of their products? And why can’t they make products are safe for people like me to enjoy? I tell ya there’s no justice in this world! And that is why MTN Dew and Caffeine in-general just fucking sucks ass!
