Something I learned while wasting my time:

Some people have no idea what makes a cliché a cliché and just like to rattle off "statistical" numbers in order to sound intelligent.

I use the double-parentheses, as I'm talking. I haven't had Caroline really chat in a while. So... since they're my thoughts / comments, I put the double-parentheses before and after them.

I do the same thing when I play WoW as well. ))
