Went to Virginia beach this weekend and did a 10 mile run in 2hours 15minutes... gah I'm sore right now but it was fun. I also turned 31 this weekend so that was cool. Getting ready for a full Marathon this spring, should be interesting. Need to keep running and lose some more weight. Doing OK with my weight right now but need to do better. Um yeah, so how was everyone else's weekend?

You think thats long, I have a full Marathon coming up this spring... I'M INSANE!!!
