PTSD is something ive dealt with for awhile. What I found the easiest way to get away from it, and boredom. Is to get a hobby. Now I know a lot of people say this, but it worked for me. I started making wine, and it worked well. Kept my mind off things. Then it turned into a a real money maker. Its also how I met my wife. So, if it wasn't for my PTSD then I wouldn't own my winery, nor be with my wife. Some good, can come out of some terror.
