[Feingo Ferinton]

At the sight of his Sergeants blood being spilt, Feingo's rage shot into a deep cavern of his mind which had only been unleashed one other time before. For a moment, all he could do was stand perfectly still, staring down at the sergeant as his blood stained the ground, almost unaware of the newest ally to join the fight.

Then came the sound, blood curdleing and fear striking as a deep, load and deadly blooodlust roar erupted from Feingos mouth, followed by a dead black stare on the enemy accompanied by animalistic snarling. As soon as he had a clear shot of the enemy from the allied attacker, he lunged through the air, tackling the wolf to the ground by the waiste. Once again, the fists flew. Only this time, Feingo heald nothing back, and became more beast than anything. Blow after blow was delivered at full strength to the dingo's face. The dingo fought back, delivering harsh blows to Feingo's face and chest, and even to the bullet wounds which continued to pour blood down on him. But Feingo paid no notice, and somehow managed to keep up the assault.

"Get off me fool! You don't stand a chance!" The dingo yelled, reaching his legs up under Feingo and kicking him away. But Feingo got right back to his feet and tackled the dingo again before he had a chance to rise to his feet. Feingo didn't speek, only snarled and growled violently as the bloody assault continued. His fists were becomming raw, and he was loosing more and more blood by the second. But the adrenaline of his state wouldn't alow him to notice these things. All that mattered was that this Dahomean died!

*out of the mist, a swift flying cane hits vincent square at the base of his skull, a knock out point. saphron soon following, gazing down at vincents now unconsious body. looking around, he takes note of the battle being ragedaround him. sapjron growls.* 'i've had enough, this is going too far......'

"i said enough!" *throwing his hands out towards the party, the mist suddenly wafts away, and everyone is temporarily imobilized. his necklace flashing, he walks over to the two wraiths, who had just had the crtap beat out of them* "leave now...that is an order...."

"and just who do you think you are, ordering us around as such!" *the dingo looked defiant and raged. growling, saphron leaned down face to face to the dingo.*

"who am i? i'll show you" *suddenly saphrons eyes flash silver again, and they shine into the dingos eyes. when he throws the dingo back to the ground, the dingo has a horroified look in his eyes, and he seems to shrink. looking over to his companion, he sees the wolf just as terrified.

"what do you say we take a tactical retreat then?" *all the wolf did was nod. then they were both taken by the mist and dissapeared. turning to every one else saphron then walks over to feingo, and touches him on the soulder. he speaks in a soft voice.* "commander, he's gone, you got him."

Feingo grabbed the hand that suddenly touched him and turned to face its owner face to face, snarling and growling like a wild animal. But as he turned, the face he found was one he recognized. The snarl slowly faded, the growl dimmed, and his nerves began to loosen as he began to come out of his illusion. "S...S-Saphron?..." His voice was shakey, almost groggy as his eyes slowly returned to their normal amber hue. He had no idea of what had just happened. The fight, the bloodshed, none of it. All he knew was,....for some reason.... he..was... very light.. headed.

His eyes shot around, realizing where he was, and that they were no longer in any danger. He looked around until his eyes came to Crimson, limp and near lifeless on the ground, blood surrounding him. "CRIMS..." He tried to take a step towards his badly injured friend, only to realize now, the adrenaline gone, just how wounded he was. The sudden movement had made it all come to him at once, and everything... started to... fade......his body... full of pain... but.... the fealing was.... leaving..... him.

Until everything went completely black, and the wounded officer fell to the ground next to his injured comrad. A pool of his own crimson life force begining to form beneath him.

*saphron gently guides feingos body to the ground. looking around he lets free of the imobilization spell on everyone.* "at the moment the most important thing we can do is help these men to live, i can do only so much, but i will need your help." *bending down to crimson who seemed to be the worst of the two, he examines the wound.* 'hmmmm......unfortunatly the sword didn't pirce him all the way through, that would have made it easier to heal him.'

"miss scorpia if you would be so kind as to release that sword and assist me?"

The vixen throws the sword into the high grass and walks up to the wounded men. Her naked body is covered in blood, but none of it is her own blood.
She kneels down next to Crimson. She is exchasted from the fight, but her friends need her and she can't let them down.
"What do you want me to do?"

Crimson stirred, barely opening his eyes. He saw what appeared to be his little sister kneeling next to him. "I'm sorry Nicole, I tried but failed you. Can you ever forgive me?" Crimson spoke placing his had on his sister's cheek. Tears welling in his eyes. "Some brother I turned out to be." He said shedding tears as he starred into his sister's eyes.

Scorpia knew that Crimson had to be hallucinating. She wanted to comfort him and played along. "Don't say that. You are the best brother ever and there is nothing to forgive. Don't you dare leave me now! You hear!?" The tears ran down her face.

Dain just stood there, in his trance. After a couple of minuets Dain came back into reality. "Glad to know that is over." Dain said as he fell flat on his back from exoschen. What was the deal with his weapons? Dain pondered, oblivious to what is going on around him. They hurt so bad i have hardly no energy left. Ok, no time for pondering. Time for a rest... Dain went into a mild sleep, and was replaying what just happened.

Feingo barely stirred as he lay there unconcious. His mind was caught between memory and reality, shooting back and forth from this battle to battles of his past. From torture to brawl. From machete blades to bullets. From Crimson and the others, to.......

"Boy hell Commander. They got you good, didn't they?" That voice! Where was it comming from? "Thurrell? Thurrell... I failed the men...." "Rest easy now Feingo Ol' boy. It will all be over soon."...... The pain..... it hurt even to breathe..... so then... why.... should... he....?

"Thurrell...." One last word, before slowly, weakly, the rythem of Feingos breathing faltered... until....... it stopped.

*suddenly a voice rings out in feingos mind. a voice from his days of training, a voice he thought to never hear again.*
"lieutennant feingo! what do you think your doing? do you really think that you can just go off like that and think it will be all right? you better get your lazy ass up and out of here before i beat you to no end!"

*then another voice joins in, one all too familliar.*

"you better do as she says commander, i've been on the receiving end one too many times myself to know. besides, your not done yet sir. so you better get that body healin, or your gonna have a lot of unhappy soldiers up here." *then little by little more and more voices from his past start urging him, telling him to live, to survive for them.*


*somewhere within feingos body, his heart starts to beat again, a slow pained beat, but a beat all the same.*

The vixen sat herself between the two wounded men. She checked Feingo's puls. It was weak, but it was there. She looked at the wounds and started to stop them.

*taking off his necklace saphron laid it on crimsons chest* "now, buddy, this is going to hurt......a lot." *taking a deep breath, saphron puts the heart shaped stone neclace in crimsons chest wound. and using a cut on his arm applied some of his own blood on top of it. soon crimson could feel his body mending itself, but without anything to numb him, the pain he felt was agonizing.*
