At this moment a Fox walked in through the front doors clutching several books. Approaching the podium which was unoccupied he started reading the jots of information and picked up a quill, brushing the feather with his fingers.

"Good day, I take it you are the Hostess? I am Romeo Crepacuore, François' book keeper. I have come for the Ledger."

The Fox retracts his hand from the quill she took of him and brushed his nails on his fine clothing. A very condescending manner and a raised eyebrow while he speaks.

"Just the usual inspecting, I need the Customer Ledger from you, the Supplier Ledger from the cooks and the General ledger from François."

"Fran is in his office I believe. And I recommend caution around the cooks, two of them can be quite rowdy."

Máireád, having spent the night at Dallas's place and had slept in a bit, realized that he was of course gone when she woke up. Figuring he had gone off for work, she washed her face, got dressed, grabbed some florins, and headed for the restaurant. Seeing that it was open, she walked in and looked to see if it was crowded or not. Now, if anyone had seen her the night she was there, they would have remembered her in the lovely purple chemise, black cincher and green skirt. Today she was dressed in a burgandy shirt, the sleeves rolled up slightly, a pair of black pants, and her boots. Her hair had been done up in a braid.

In a way I wonder if anyone will recognize me like this? she asked herself, a slight smirk appearing on her lips.

Wolf, Grimm and Shawn began preparing their stations, like heating the oven, cleaning the major utensiles and making sure evrything was in order.

Romeo bows to Iris and heads to the kitchen, swinging the door open. Still clutching books and now the Customer ledger, he spots the kitchen staff and annunciates his presence.

"Excuse me, I am looking for the main chef."

He answered while he left the stoves heating up. He turned to newcomer and approached him.

"My name is Wolf Stride. For what might you be here?"

Wolf threw back at him as his gaze looked at the man.

"The Supplier ledger, I trust as the chefs you have all noted the incoming supplies added to the storage. Meats etcetera. And also the supplier Hah, obviously."

Romeo Chuckled and brushed his nails on his coat again.

Wolf walks off to the back of the kitchen where on one of the cabinets, the book lies.
Wolf returns with the Ledger in hand towards Romeo.

"I must speak to Fran, there seems to be some abnormalities in the expenses. Nothing too serious, and your numbers seem to be steady so income is fine. In fact they are rising nicely."

He was serious but smiled throughout.
