I am also very sorry for taking so long (I shall post a real reply to your comment ASAP however I am unable to at the moment)
Here are the rules from "Project: Aten"

1) Everyone (except Tearlach) will post by the list order (If need be I may be able to make adjustments to the list; just ask if you have a problem with it). I will make 2 new lists once we break into teams that will be even more detailed and specific to each team.
2) There will be a time limit for posting (max 24 hours then the turn is forfeit). To be more specific what this one means here is an example: Tearlach makes his post at 8:30 PM and I am next on the list. I have until 8:30PM the next day to make my post and if I don’t it just goes to the next person on the list and the clock starts over for them.
3) no one may take someone's turn for them or move someone else's character involuntarily (no playing puppet master)
4) 3 strike violation policy and then removal from the game upon the forth
5) Anyone can pass up their turn whenever they want I just ask that they be kind enough to post that they’re not taking their turn so we don’t have to wait 24 hours for the next post
**I also still have the character sheet from the old RP that I can change to fit this one once we have everyone established**

Well, well lucky me  I just assumed that I was since I'm almost always late for these kind of things.  The rules have indeed been posted... *no shit smart guy they're right above this post* *Oh, just shut up* (sorry about that, I think I may be loosing my sanity a little) ...As I was saying they're posted however after reading them over I realized that they need some slight alterations.
I'm sorry to hear about your leg and I hope that clears up for you soon. I do agree with you about starting another RP. Myself and many of the others all agree that "Project: Aten" was one of the best RPs we've seen, it was very well put together and run. Not to mention it had a good story. It is a shame that we never got to finish it.
It is good to hear from you again as well (congrats on the avatar by the way). I have indeed heard of our loss in the conflict and even though I've never really met him I still greave his loss. It strikes a nerve to loose a "brother in arms". I'm trying to stay as safe as possible out here and may even be lucky enough to get out of here earlier than projected. I'm praying it actually turns out that way.

Not a problem. I agree hopefully we can pull more to the RP (and a nice balance of male-to-female players like we had in the other one as well). Well I'll be here to help you with anything else you need, just ask. Oh, but if that need is sexual favors I'll have to point you elsewhere.
