As much as I would love to donate to this, I'm unsure at the moment whether I can or not. I am moving home at the beginning of next month, and need to keep a tight rein on my budget to make sure I can afford everything. I might be able to donate something, but I don't have an idea yet how much. Maybe I could cut down on other things I've budgeted. I'll have a look.

Thank you everyone for your donations and support, this is very generous and kind from you.
I'd like to talk about something.
Zone usually posts on her site and other places her games, usually in various forums.
I wouldn't have anything against it in case Zone decided to send a demo of PBB's game around, as long as it is a demo and not the full game, and as long as there's a link or credit to the PBB site, leaving the full game as an exclusive for PBB if it is possible.
Gantros, since you have contacts with Zone, could you ask her if she agrees with this compromise or if there are any problems? Furthermore, if Zone needs the PBB logo to put on the game she can do it

I'll be sure to remind her, but I don't think it will be a problem, I would imagine the title card for the flash would include the PBB logo that, when clicked, links to the PBB site. As for passing the flash around, I don't believe Zone releases private commissions to the rest of his fanbase. The only commissioned work that got leaked that I know of is one with Avatar's Toph, and while it still holds true to Zone's standards of quality, I found the content a off putting, being that a 10 year old girl was performing a very adult act with another main character. Anyway, that particular flash which has made the rounds on sites like 4chan, has not made an appearance on Zone's site, which leads me to believe that our commission will only get leaked from our site alone when it is inevitably ripped. At which point, it could be a blessing in disguise because including the site link in the flash could attract people who might not otherwise be interested in the site.

I would like to donate but I've had problems in the past with pay pal and similar sites. Either they mess up my name, real name, address or just can't seem to get my account to work. So I don't register on any of those sites and try to avoid them as much as I can. Again I would love to donate but I have a hard time trusting these pay sites.

I'll put in at least $50, though it'll depend on when the time finally comes. I can possibly provide more if my drill pay comes in about the same time, but I'm currently moving to a new apartment and paying the bills on the current as well as the first 3 months on the place I'm moving to has me a bit taxed.
Ronald, you might also notice that I did not pay for this month and am currently a non-member. I don't know how many of you had your banks hit, but mine was one of those "a number of accounts have been hacked/compromised, so we're sending you a new card." Which caused me to not be able to join this time around. I will be joining back up (especially for this flash that I'm a part of  ) but I'm curious about something you said earlier. Is it more beneficial to pay month by month for this site over paying 3 or 6 months at a time? I was going to change my payment to X number of months at a time, but if its more beneficial for the site for me to pay month by month, then I'll continue to pay month by month. ^_^

When the time comes where we finalize all payments and donation amounts. I'll provide individuals who needs to use money order sent to me with the correct mailing address to send them.
Need Gantros to say when.
And give me a list of who has confirmed donations, and their method of payment.

Well month by month will benefit Vanessa and myself of course since the per month is more money.
But the 3 months certainly benefits the members more because of the discount you guys get!

UPDATE
ZOne has set a release date for his latest flash for the end of the week, so that means that production of our commission will begin within the next week or two, I imagine. I'll keep you posted, and Vanessa, please e-mail me regarding any changes you want to make in the commission!

Also, I had a nice long chat over some of the finer details and he said that the project shouldn't take more than 2 months to complete.

I've been reading up on the Zone flash topic for some time. I feel pretty bad that you had to wait almost two years to get anything done.
I have a lot of expenses on my end, but if you need help then I can donate if you still don't have enough when the time comes to collect. |
