So the person who want to marry you must kneel and give you a ring with a diamond or 2. Oke, I will go to Mystic and get on of those rings.
Laughing I think the way into a woman's heart is slightly more complex than that, Henk...

Thank you Lady Apricot, I'm honored that you want to "Pleasure" this wild cat in the bed chambers, and would love to see it done one day. I do believe Vennessa has a thread somewhere for Senior, Avatar wielding members somewhere to post who they want their character's first time with. If I find it, I put *Bows* well, you, and poof, hopefully she'll find a spot down the road Very Happy *Wonders what she's good at* Hmmmmmmmmm?

Because I'm not with Johnny in that sense Henk. I could take you to dinner if it so pleased me. Razz

Though, looking at members list on the message board page, we haven't seen in a long time:

Freeza, Kjolnir, Kommy, Bittenhard, Littlefox (Jillian), Meech, GothBoiBlinkie, Nightwolf, Foxonian, Genpryis, Aurioch, Lord Nelson, Chessy, Corran, or Ketsudan in some time.

And only rare occasions do we get to see Drake_Skyflyer, Aaron_Thom, Marauder, Ksthara, Tursi, or Mr.Wolf12 (Brandon).

*sighs* I do miss them so.

I that case, would you come to the topic the new tobacco shop of Caroline.

The pick-nick is about to start and Caroline can cook good. Wink

But can you give some advice then, if you join the topic of course, how can I impress Caroline without hurting her.

I'm afraid I'm not up for any RPing threads right now Henk, but thanks for the offer.

As far as how to impress her without hurting her, I'd try not to do anything physical that would make her uncomfortable or that would hurt her of coarse. I couldn't give much advice, as I don't know what Caroline's tastes are.

Hey, I'm here for a little while. I've just been quite busy and depressed, having been laid off twice in past few months. It stinks not having a source of income.

..I don't suppose anyone here knows someone who wants to hire a scientist? Just thought I'd ask.

((To Kommy: I would guess it would depend. I'm actually going back to work as a Clean Room / White Room specialist. I've been checking out places like Brittish Petrolium, Federal Government Jobs, and the like to see if I could use those to negotiate a raise at where I work.))

((If you don't mind me asking, what sort of science do you do?))

((You could try some of the scientific staffing / temp agencies like CyberCoders and Lab Support... and their is always academia too.))

((To Mr. Henk Cobra, you know you could just ask Caroline what she likes to do... she's been kinda talky with Drodel and Johnny Six-Thingies. But... if you want something of a hint, Caroline is more comfortable as a tomboy. Remember, she's the runt of her litter of sisters... and she spent a lot of time doing stuff with her father... like horseback riding, going to shooting contests, listening to his stories about Cuba and the Spanish-American War, and working in her father's tobacco plantaion. Maybe if you treat her as one of the guys, she... wont' be as nervous around you, and would open up a bit. I would warn you, though, not to talk about her chest or bust size, until she opens up a bit about it.))

Sorry to hear that, Kommy, I hope things get better for you soon. I'm starting to sound like a broken record when I say that things are bad everywhere... Still, I understand. One of my friends is currently finishing up his Master's degree and is worried about getting a job in his field (material sciences, I believe). It doesn't help that he's planning on getting married soon, so he'll be providing for more than just himself...

I'm starting to think this whole job scarcity thing is a plot by the government to boost recruitment rates.

All the more reason for me to some how get out of this Grand Nation called the US of A....*cough cough*. *sighs*

I just want the economy to go up again, no more wars, and the banks to be, "Oh we will never do Adjustable Mortgages ever again." If I become 50 and see that in the years to come. You'll be hearing of some fires." Razz

But seriously, those banks are what made this cascading effect we see, and jobs becoming scarce since of lay-offs, and people being picky what they buy and inhibitting the circulation of the "Dollar" by making it go at a Snail's Pace. Sad I miss the good old days. *sighs* like 1999 and 2000. It's been bad news everyday since then to me. and I was 13 in 1999 and 14 in 2000.

Of coarse that meant you too Lord Nelson. Who else is going to drone on about Sara and her "heavenly body" besides you. Razz

Dear me, I'm sorry to hear that Kommy. Indeed, things are looking scarce, but do you have the requirements to become a teacher perhaps? Its probably not as grand paying as your former jobs, but you could at least continue in the field of science and not have to worry about swapping to a new field.

Then again, many friends I know are going into nursing, because there's always a demand for more nurses.

I'm sorry to hear that, kommy. Mystic's suggestion is quite a good one, actually. Teaching has quite a good job security. A lot less likely to get laid off if you go down that route.

One of the things that bugs me is that the US dollar has become so strong compared to the British pound. If I buy anything in dollars now, it costs me a lot more than it used to. dry

You have that backwards Tadelesh. Its because our dollar is worth less than a pound that it costs more on the global market.

Kommy, That's dreadful to hear! omg I do wish we can see you more often though. Perhaps we can chat again like we had before. I do often worry about you my friends, and to hear such news puts me into "action" phase, though I don't know how much I can do. Especially since your quite a few states away as I recall. ^^;

Gah! That's what I get for typing late at night, my brain not working and making me get stuff the wrong way round. Laughing Still, it sucks to have to pay more for American stuff.

Eh, I've been through worse. Albeit finding a job for a biologist is tricky in a good economy... Ah well. There's always something somewhere. Maybe I'll go back to being a retail cashier. Razz

Well, at least you're not looking for work as a milkman or minstrel or suchlike. My own search for gainful employment as a gentleman of leisure has been... unsuccessful. It seems people actually expect one to work for one's money, which just seems dreadfully onerous, really.

Well, you know what they say, Lord Nelson: One's supper is always sweeter when one has worked for it. As to my own path of recieving gainful employment, I will be taking classes come this March to be a massuer. (that's a male massagist, for those of you who don't know)

That's masseur (cf. the distaff masseuse). It comes with the added advantage of being able to say "Just wait 'til I get my hands on you" and mean it as either a threat or a promise.

Personally, I find my supper all the more delectable when someone else has cooked it, perhaps a nice bœuf à la mode with a crème brûlée afterward.
