Why I'm here? Well I deserted off the army of a special commando group, we where trained to eliminate warlords, bandits etc. how where dangerous for the Netherlands and there Allies. Because I refused to kill a person how had honor in his blood I had to kill my commander and 5 colonels to get free off the army.
In one of the warlords his belongings I found a map to bonbon, the map was destroyed after I entered bonbon.
Now I'm waiting at my belongings of my services. My pay for of the army and some gold, silver, diamonds etc. then I will try to beging a gym with some other teachers to teach hand to hand defense, hand weapons and some fitness. _________________ Avatar: http://forums.pleasurebonbon.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=7830

hmm let me think... Both parents died at a young age, was adopted by the town wise man, discovered a terrible plot, ended up killing very high key figures of the town and went on the run, was told by the wise man to seek out a pacific blacksmith, found him and made friends with his other student, then went off on a long adventure with him, decided to come to BonBon after hearing about it from his friend Duel'Dain... and well the rest is history. _________________ yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a gift. that's why it is called the present.

I guess that I like angst in my characters, so I was originally writing that Kasumi came to Bon Bon to escape her past (because of Bon Bon's privacy rules) and start a new life. |

((Henk... I've been meaning to ask this. If you're a deserter, why would the army pay you? In fact... wouldn't they send people to either 1) Bring you back into the army, or 2) Summarily execute you? Especially since you apparently, in-story, slew five colonels and your own commander... that's a lot of officers.))
((Not really sure yet why Caroline came to Bonbon in Europe... needs to be more to it than a simple "open a tobacco shop" sort of thing. Doesn't need to be aghnsty, I have enough of that in real life, but... something.)) |

( It's really simple Caroline, 1 the payment for my services was done before I deserted and it was cash. 2 The forces where I was doesn't existed at all, all members where officially dead so when someone died, he had already a grave. the missions where done before the normal forces entered the battlefield. And the officers where all basters, [word censored] and much more whurs things. And the can not find me because the officers took some man before me to a place where they dissapiard. So that's it. And they can't send men after me because I'm dead and the goods go to bonbon on another name. I hope that you understand more of me and that I have the honor to make a dance with you, please. ) _________________ Avatar: http://forums.pleasurebonbon.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=7830

Huh, I skipped this one too Johnny. Perhaps it was before I had an account of my own to post and I was speaking through Labrn when I first started here. *clears throat* Ahem.
The reason I came to Bon Bon? Well, a few good reasons. For one, I'm a bit selfish in that I venture forth for my own self indulgence. Men, parties, jewels. So, hearing of Bon Bon, its the perfect place for a gal like me. Especially since Labrn and I weren't too bad off financially. Having been royalty (now X-royalty due to me being unable to conceive) I'm used to a life of pleasure and comfort. The type of life Bon Bon provides.
Upon arriving, its just what we hoped for. Though, without the kingdom or any of my sisters (not literal sisters, but the members of the kingdom are known as sisters) here to help back up our bankroll, I had to set up shop. A jewelry shop was perfect. I know the trade well, for its what I studied back in the kingdom. We Aldaberans are known for our jewel crafting abilities. Not to mention, hearing through the local rumors of Mr. Blue's own private diamond mine, I do hope to meet him someday and see if I can't "convince" him to set up an arrangement with me so that I can transform his rough diamonds into dazzling jewelry.
I think that about covers it. _________________ Oh, I'd tell myself

Me? Just looking for a place where a vixen can set up a practice and do some work without being shut down for being female. Not to mention in such a place, womens' health is a big moneymaker and I am more than cheerful to take advantage of such things. Same applies to male insecurities, naturally.

*the old Gecko looks around startled for a long moment, contemplating the comment*
But... but... what is the true purpose of mad science, unless it is to rile up the masses? I mean, honestly, how can you consider yourself a scientist, unless you're on the cutting edge! Which usually means you have the bar the door to your manorhouse, to keep the rabble from stopping your plans.
Now... as to the original question as, "why are we here", I will choose to answer in a less-than-philisophical question. This is where the Urbana family home has been for three generations. And, being a proud decent of the great Doctor Raphael Urbana, I will not give up my home, regardless of what baseless accusations the RSMA has stated! |

Oh come now, Fraulein Doktor, you know you're not doing your job right if you are'nt threatened by mobs carrying torchs and pitchforks every now and again. That's why people like me exist: To have a carriage waiting at the edge of town for your escape. _________________ Silentium est aurum |

As far as keeping the rabble from the door. I prefer a poem from the era:

The Gatling gun

I don't know where you all are coming off that she's Dr. Frankenstein. She's not gathering up the corpses of the local villages.
If anything, the torch wielding mobsters are also wielding monstrous throbbing cocks because her medicine worked too well and now the darn things won't go down. _________________ Oh, I'd tell myself

That we know of. No offense, Fraulein Doktor Fuchs, but I'm not wholly convinced you mad scientists know what you're doing, let alone the rest of us. _________________ Silentium est aurum |

*takes a sledgehammer to the head*
*suddenly goes back on topic*
I'M here for the attention and conversation, but Ernest (my fursona) comes to Bon Bon to escape the mining strikes in Britain. Originally from the states, he's been hired all over Europe due to his fearlessness below ground. A friend arranged his sudden change in location for fear of his safety.
Being a foreigner at the time, he was accused of being a replacement (scab) brought in by the company to replace the workers who were on strike. _________________ "One night in Bangkok and the world's your oyster.

Well Ashton, being a mad scientist means to think outside the box, or any polygon for that matter. May forget that its those who do their work outside the norm that brings scientific breakthroughs!
I mean, its how they found much of the medical history. Through Egypt's extensive work on human bodies. Other than autopsies, you probably couldn't do half of what they used to do back in those times. We have standards, animal testing, etc, etc. So go for the crazy I say. For by the sounds of the results she's looking for, I'd be willing to help with a blind test.
That is to say, a "blind-folded" test that she may have to administer herself. Forgive me Fraulein. Its just been too long since we've seen you.
As for you Chaos. That's interesting. What was your fursona again? _________________ The suspense is killing me. I hope it will last. |

A rat? I love rats! *Grabs Chaos close, hugging and squeezing him* They are just so adorable and playful! And remarkably intelligent! Not to mention extraordinarily useful to my profession...
Reminds me, don't suppose you'd be interested in coming over to my place, huh? *Grins at the rat* Promise I'll show just how mad my science really is. _________________ "Doktor! Are you sure this will work?!" "HAHA! I HAVE NO IDEA!" |
