Once again the giant of a fox gets him self ready for the trip to BonBon. He packs up a few of his latest peices to sell. This new product he'd designed based off of an oriental hair pin he'd glanced at in town. He'd made it to be complimentary in any outfit, but glamourous enough to be worn... by itself. Silver with gold wire detailing mixed in with a small glittering gem whose color changes in different lighting.
After finishing packing, he pulls on his best pair of jeans, which are the only pair without scorchmarks. In his dresser he finds a collared suit shirt that he tucks into his jeans. An intricate and eye catching silver and gold inlaid slave braclet on his righthand reaches all the way up his forearm over his long sleeved shirt. Sitting on the edge of his bed, he starts to polish his special ordered workboots, since they are his only pair due to frugality. Doning his hat, he pulls it low over his face, getting emotionally ready to head out.
He now sets off to town, headed toward one of the accessory stores that should be interested in this new peice, or others of their kind. It doesn't take too long to walk the distance from home to the outskirts of town. It is now 10am as he walks inside.

*was cleaning her shop's windows when she notices the huge arctic fox. Catherine didn't meet him often but she knows that he produces beautiful piece of jewelery and since Mystic's jewelery shop is just in from of her place it's a fair guess that Alvy is about to sell his latest creations. She quickly exit from her pawnshop and waves at him, hoping get a looks on it before Mystic in hope that if something really fit her taste she doesn't have to paid her share of profit.*

Be careful about the lintel of the door. This place wasn't build for people of your ... height.
*immediately regretting her hesitation for the last word. She just couldn't find an more appropriate word for it. She sees it as a obvious sign that she doesn't talk in her native language and so as a showed weakness. This could have been a dire mistake if it happened with a seasoned merchant.* |

*barely glances at the gold rings. It is the kind of stuff that often end in the pawnshop. She looks for the exotic stuff that will catch the eye of the riches. The hair pin however fit more in what she look for. She carefully place her on the back of her hand to see how it contrast with her fur.*
This one is a nice piece. The work show more about your skill even if I think that a hair stick could give you the opportunity to something more refined... Anyway, it a good work with a aesthetic look. At what prize are you ready to let it go? |

I don't believe in a single ornament that fit to everything. Color arrangement are a tricky think and not all color fit together. Furthermore, a jewel that change of color depending of the angle of view risk to show an unfitting color arrangement depending of where is the spectator.But I agree that it's a asset, in particular to the one that wear jewelery as a complete outfit.
*purposefully leave out that she is one of this kind because of Alvy last expression.* |

Depending how much you want to sell it, I can purchase it. I have customer that put their possession in token here to buy one. I think that it is not really wise but it is not my place to judge the ones that came here to sell or buy. I simply estimate things or put opinion when they need help to choice among my inventory or the kind of footwear they want that I make.

But I wander from my point. I didn't said I will not buy your hairpin, I said that I simply didn't agree with your selling speech. |

alvy sighs ears droop. he talks in his normal thick acsent irish voice. "i not very good at selling things." he looks up. "i sell it for enough money for atleast 7 days worth of food..." what he just said was a massive bargin.. then again alvy didnt really have any idea of how to price his stuff he made. he looks at the heart shaped delite castle badge. "ummm what are thise used for miss. i made a bunch of thise for the castle but i never really asked what they where for..." he shows her the pure gold badge..

More or less they are a symbol. A little like a crown show that you are a king. One of this badge show that you are a good enough sex worker to be hired by the delight castle.
*makes a pile of eleven florins more that enough to paid nine days of good food then an another pile of nine florins and smile at him. She gets a nice margin even if she sold the badge at clearance prize.*
You know, since I am a nice persons and you are an handsome fox, I will cut you a nice deal. I will paid the badge for this eleven florins and nine florins for the hairpin. What do you think of it? |

alvy just takes the 11 florin and stands up and pockets it. "thats too much..." alvy was also bad with the price ranges of items. he didnt know the badges he made sold at 100 florin each. he places the hair pin in her hair just so she can show it off. he begins packing up to go in to the market. "now i should hurry up and get going..." alvy trys to tke his mind off the fact she called him handsome. he dos a little grin but more of one tolook a tad happy. when he stands up he smacks his head off a small exspesive light and it almost falls. he grabs it and has that look of enbarassment... he gently takes it down and set it on the table... "ummm should i go... now??"
(have you seen the image for alvy... well a idea of what he looks like???)

(ooc: I didn't have an idea when I posted my previous reply(but I see it after). Catherine just knows that flattery can lead to a lot of good and the fact that there are really few ugly fursona in this forum.)
Of course you can go. I am not your mistress, I am not the one that you must wait for orders. But, if you want an advise, never give up a good offer. One day you risk to regret to have leave this florins on my table. Anyway, I hope to see you soon. Don't forget to come see me when you will want to sell your next batch of jewelery. |

*blinks of surprise then runs to the unconscious fox. Catherine quickly check his vital signals and sighs.*
And he told me he knew when I first warned hi against the lintel. This is amazing that he is still alive while being like that.
*grabs Alvy and struggles to move him to a better place to recover without success. Catherine looks at the situation then after a moment of thinking goes fetch some items. Few instants later, she pours some cheap cooking oil on the floor then begins to undress Alvy to lose as much weight that possible. Soon, the naked body of Alvy slide towards the back-store.* |

I preferred not take any luck with that. Gossips and rumours travel fast and a reputation is something really important for a merchant. Even if the first law protect me, it's not work that way for the one that see and interpret things.
