Hmmmm and thinks.... Jillian was born in BonBon.... Daughter of a plumber/carpenter/handyman, mother died when she was very young so she practically grew up in her father's tool box. Kinda explains her total lack of seduction skills, feminine wiles and her first love being a wrench How her dad ended up in Bonbon though.... hmmmm good question

Can't pass up a good hug *hugs* As for the badger, after doing some studying in Europe he was looking for a quiet place to work on his inventions and ideas, and found it and a pretty apprentice in Bon Bon. Plus Mr. Blue's mine most likely provides him with plenty of work to keep him solvent.

This thread is old and dusty, but I want to add something and I want to see what the other new members have to say.

Constance, who was born and raised in Britain, had been travelling around the world due to her talent as an opera singer. So after having travelled and never really settled down most of her adult life, she was looking fr a place to settle down, and the nature and culture of Bon Bon was what drew her to the town.


(Sorry if somene don't like to see such old threads bumped back on the front page, but I like to look for old threads to see if they are still relevant today and see if I can add something meaningfull )

Why I've come to Bon Bon, eh. I am disheartened to admit, but I came to this town after failing to save the very first woman I loved from the fanged jaws of death. Interesting indeed that one who lives to fight the darkness failed to protect someone who mattered most from it. I came to Bon Bon on a mixed vow to her.

::sighes as he looks towards the sky:: The first part was that I find love once more, to not be tormented by her death, for she was able to die happy, knowing what it was like to be a woman in true love. The second was to take a rest not from my own nobility granted by my family name, but from the hunt, to allow time to heal my wounded body and heart.

Holy cow, how come I don't remember this thread? Nevermind, I just looked at the date of most of these posts... I was without internet during the time this was originally up. *sigh* The things you miss out on...

Anyway, as for how Johnny Six-Killer came to Bon Bon, the short answer is: because his job brought him there.

The long answer is: He works for "Jackalope Bircham's Wild West Show", a traveling show featuring rodeo, trick shooting (Johnny's usual role), and reenactments of famous battles and gunfights. Throughout 1893, Johnny and the show went on a tour of Europe, performing in many cities, but oddly enough skipping over Bon Bon (mostly because before the first tour, no one associated with the show had ever heard of the town). It was actually Daisy Nugget (yes, that Daisy) who first stumbled upon the town, settled down there, and suggested it to the show's creator, Jackalope Bill Bircham, for their planned second European tour. Of course, she had only described Bon Bon as being a town with a "healthy tourism industry," carefully omitting the part about it being a "City of Sex"...

This was partly described in my fanfic, though why Daisy had settled down in Bon Bon to begin with, and what everyone's reactions were when they found out the truth about the town... well, that may come up later in the story.

This thread is a good place to describe my fursona reason on going to BonBon.

The reason Lidia came to the Town of BonBon is because she wants to get out of her hometown and see the world (common reason).Not only that, but it was also her Grandmother's wish. After the death of Lidia's Grandmother, Susan Apricot, Lidia receive her Grandmother's Will saying to sell her Grandmother's land and use the money she have to go a place that is safer for her to live freely and happily. So that is why Lidia, along with Dillon, went to BonBon.
